Car-Tunes Stereo Center

I recently had front and rear speakers (including tweeters) and a four-​channel amp installed in my vehicle.
The staff was very friendly during the initial inspection and price quote.
When I picked my car up after installation I had found the installation had been top-​notch!
My car sounds AWESOME now and they utilized the factory mounting locations for everything so you would never now anything is aftermarket… until you listened to it! It sounds great.
The installation was lengthy, 4 hours, but you cannot rush quality workmanship and the end result is a quality, seamless installation.

I was a firm believer in car tunes but they have lost my business. I got a 2 way remote start installed ($ 375.00) in my Car at Xmas time. I have been back twice and still does not work right. Just a shame cause I remmeber when this actually was a reputable store. Now it’s all about how many cars a day they can get through. My vehicle is brand new and this sucks. I have to make time to take it back and thats not eaasy to do.

Awful! My boyfriend got me a remote starter for my car for Christmas. He purchased this in early December but did not get an appointment until at least February. Once the install was complete, I noticed issues immediately. I called the place and requested they look at it for me. They said I could bring it in a few days later on a Thursday. I explained that I work during the week and I could only bring it in on a Saturday and they basically said, «Too bad.» My boyfriend called them and they finally agreed to see my vehicle on the weekend. Once we went back, the counter guy was very nice (I’ll give them that). But I had to leave my car again ALL DAY only to pick it up and notice a day or two later the install still was incorrect. My «Door Ajar» light kept coming on, the vehicle would shut off for no reason, etc. The long and the short of this is: I had to take my car back not once, not twice, but 4 times to get them to fix it. And it still shuts off after 10 minutes when they told me it’s supposed to be 20 min. I just said forget it. I will not go back there EVER!
I will say this though, two of the counter workers were very nice and apologetic which made me not so angry. I understand things can happen but c’mon…they install these things everyday. So, why the trouble?! No way I will go there for anything ever again.
