Will I ever learn. Don’t forget to make sure your order is complete when leaving the store. They always forget to put things in the bags. You would think fulfilling a 2 meal order would be a simple task. I guess not

I got the wrong order, I ordered regular and they gave me extra crispy it was very dry. I’m thinking it was probably sitting there A while I pay extra for all breasts 8 piece dinner. Big waste off money

My son had a bag of gift cards that were in a draw bag for guests at Christmas. I received a $ 10 KFC gift card. I went to my local KFC and ordered $ 20 bucket of Colonel’s Strips. I presented $ 10 and gift card. Was told that this location neither sells or honors KFC gift cards. They had the logo out front, All signs were of KFC origin. It is clearly stated (in small print on receipt) that you must go to participating KFC to honor card.
Now I either had to add money or go in search of, I chose to pony up. Now my son must consider this story when duplicating his purchases. (not what he wants) I have to find another KFC, (not what I want and I doubt that is what owner wants.) and KFC, who spends millions on advertising and exec pay let’s an opportunity to put money in the bank get away. (not what they want.)
When you make the franchise deal make sure we are all on the same page. Apparently you need to sweeten the deal for franchises to participate.
