My friend Paige is the manager here, and she encouraged me to make an appointment. When I called, she knew she was speaking to me and yet she spoke exactly how I expect she’d talk to any customer: professional, upbeat, delightful. She said, «I’d love to get you in today if I can, and it looks like I have an appointment for 4:15!»
I didn’t catch the name of the doctor who examined me but she was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing and really listened to all of my concerns about my sight and previous experiences buying glasses. She communicated everything to the gentleman who helped me pick frames.
One thing I can say is that the frames covered under my insurance completely were god awful. The next upgrades were worse. I ended up picking some frames that cost me $ 50 out of pocket. I imagine I would have had that exact same experience at any eye doctor office in the country… so, no problem there.
I am horrible with names, but I think his name was Jake. He finished setting up my order and showed me the charges. I declined the protection on my glasses because it made them a little more expensive than I’d like and my prescription only changed a tiny bit… I can always wear my old glasses as a backup. I paid extra for the no-​glare and the thinner lenses.
I think my total purchase was about $ 90 with the upgraded frames and lenses.
I don’t remember if it was one day or two days later but after I got to work I checked my voicemail and my glasses were ready for pickup! I came in the next day and the lady (another one whose name I can’t remember because I suck) made some adjustments to the fit and sent me on my way.
I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

I had a great experience, the staff was always kind and attentive. I was a handful to deal with and they did a great job. Paige is the manager there and she is incredible!!!

The on staff optometrist is great! Well trained and very thorough. There are tons of upsells when you pay for your glasses though, such as upgraded materials, coatings and warranties. These are all optional and can make your free glasses cost over $ 150! They are all prewritten on your invoice and you must ask to take them off. Glassed take 1 – 2 weeks to arrive.
