The pizza is pretty good and served up quick. Its not the best pizza in the world but its leap above something you’d procure at the Pizza Pizza place.

The food was very good especially the crust. I love the idea of building your own pizza down the line like a burrito place. All the ingredients were fresh and the pizza was extremely fast out of the oven.

So good! Love that I can get gluten free and decide exactly what I want on my pizza. Only thing I hate, is that it’s so far :(please come to Toledo!!!

Nothing special – nothing horrible. I wouldn’t say it was good and prob will not come back but I have had worse. I think if they changed the brand of ingredients and the technique, a better product could be delivered. I love Neapolitan style pizza but this is not something I loved. A slightly better rising dough(needs to be crunchier in the middle instead of soggy) and more flavorful ingredients need to be considered.(Yes, I know it’s Neapolitan, but there are much better ones out there considering its $ 8 for 10″ and $ 15 for 14″.) Staff was very friendly and polite. Inside was pretty clean while we ate. Nowhere was there anything to read about the history or background of the place. I would suggest at the tables or on the walls would be nice. Anyways – I would say most the reviews on here seem pretty accurate now that I’ve tried it, with the exception of the service, which was great!(Ordered ‘White Out’ and ‘Buffalo Chicken.’)

To me this place was good, but not up to the quality of similar restaurants. I liked the food, but price was slightly more expensive and toppings were more limited than other chains that are very similar. Location is nice. Not at the top of the Hill. I would say that overall it was just Ok. I ordered the build your own and I felt limited in what I could do with it. The number of meats and cheeses are not as plentiful as other places. I know I’m comparing a lot but what else is a rating supposed to do?

After visiting a couple of more times, I’m updating my review. After my last review and frustrating experience, the owner reached out to me expressing his concern. He convinced me to give it another show and I’m glad I did. The pizza is good, and providing you’re not caught in the height of the lunch hour rush, you’re typically in and out in under 10 minutes. They seem to have worked out most of the kinks typical of a new restaurant or chain and they have upped their employee count, meaning you get your tasty pizza faster.

I guess my experience was much better than the previous ones posted. My mom told me about this place so I decided to try it even though I wasn’t really interested based off the reviews. The place was super clean, staff was friendly, and they kept switching out their gloves which was nice considering I didn’t want anything meat related. I believe it was the manager who checked on us a few times to make sure everything was good. I got a veggie pizza and my only suggestion was that it was cooked a little longer. Everything was super fresh. However, I’m a Sriracha lover and they only had a Sriracha marinara sauce. So more hot sauces would be great! I tried my moms pesto pizza and it was pretty good too. It’s a fresh and quick place if you’re on the go.

The whole customize your own pizza/fast food type is now spreading fairly rapidly. A different version here, a different version there. All pretty much one in the same concept, just with different names and styles. Set price for which ever size you would like and whatever toppings you fancy. They whip it up in front of you, fresh dough, cheese and sauce. Slide it in the rotating oven and about 10 minutes, viola! A pizza is born! This place is alright, we had the Meatza pie, and I’m afraid it never went to distance. The crust was impressive, but everything else was rather forgettable. The slices were very cheesy, but it comes to a point where there cheese gets to be too much. The meats were sorta flavorless as well. The service was pretty good. The guy who helped us was very welcoming and suggested things we try. He even delivered the pizza to our table which is very nice.

Only been here once — my experience was good. The restaurant was clean, staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. I ordered the SMOKEYPOLLO which had a good taste — ingrediants tasted fresh, crust wasn’t burnt. A good size for the money. Wish they offered a side salad to go with the pizza(the salads they have are a little large for one person to eat along with a pizza). I would come back again.

Let me start off with saying something nice. The inside of the restaurant looks cool. Unfortunately you are met by staff that look depressed working there and don’t communicate very well with customers. The pizza wasn’t good at all. The pizza I received was extremely burnt. Little Caesars is cheap and gross to me but I would rather eat that then go back to a 1000 degrees of nasty. Don’t waste your money.

I had lunch here today with my daughter who is 11. She really liked the place and the pizza. The establishment is clean, and the workers were friendly. I’m not a big fan of the pizza. The pizza tasted bland, and it’s pretty thin. I don’t enjoy a load of toppings on my pizza, so that could be why I think it’s bland. You can have the people pile on the toppings, if you like that, it will be a plus for you. I do like the taste of the crust and how the pizza is cooked in the big oven. I wouldn’t go back on my own, but if my daughter wanted to go back, I would have no problem taking her and eating the pizza again.

I’m guessing the previous people who reviewed this place, ordered pizza during their peak hours. Which when my boyfriend and I went the first time, it was crowded. We didn’t want to wait so we came back the next day for a late night bite — which we did not regret! This place is excellent and it certainly is ‘a subway for pizzas’. You can either choose from their current selection or make you own. The people who helped us were terrific, with one even asking us after if our pizza was to our standards. YES. YESITWAS. Now I don’t understand why people would have a problem with the way the pizza taste. You build your own, so unless you don’t like your creation or thin crust(the only dough available) then, yeah you might not like it. The dough does get a little crispy, but you can tell them to not have it in the oven for so long. Would highly recommend this place, which I already did!

Prices are a bit steep but the quality is great! I called around 8:55 pm to confirm their hours because the website says 930pm but they actually close at 9 pm most days. Before I even asked, he kindly said he could still make a pizza tonight. Didn’t even ask how close I was or what time I’d be there. No complaints or worries at all, just polite as could be. I got there around 9:05 pm and everyone was very nice about it. I felt awful because I NEVER go to a restaurant so close to closing time but they were incredible about it. Great customer service! Love this location and love the pizza.

SALTY. The garlic paste was out of a bottle. This is fast food quality pizza and ingredients. The 1000 degrees is gas fired. Coal or wood is where you are going to get legit pizza. Not for me.

I went in at 2 pm on a monday, and there was hardly anybody in there. Service was good, and timely. Employees were friendly. Got a 10 inch build it yourself for 10 bucks. Pizza was good. Definitely worth 10 bucks. I’ll go back.

I went while on lunch and won’t be coming back. The pizza was mediocre at best and like other reviewers have commented, it was rather bland. Bland except for the charred bits; my pizza was definitely burned on the edges. I waited at least 30 minutes from walking in to getting my pizza to go. It’s my opinion that they are short staffed and while in peak hours, you’ll suffer your waiting time away by watching the three employees bounce back and forth between managing the oven, taking orders, making pizzas, and prepping dough. They would need at least one other person to speed up the process or keep the tables clean, as they were quite dirty when I was inside. Overall, I had my hopes high from some of the positive reviews, but based on my experience, I would discourage anyone from eating here who values their time or their tastebuds.

Got a free pizza from likeing and shareing on Facebook… I swear I was in and out in 8 minutes, from ordering and walking out the door! I got the pizza with no sauce, garlic, olive oil and pepperoni… because we just finished dinner when I was alerted that I had won a free pizza I only tasted it and saved it for lunch the next day… it had a nice thin crust but way too much garlic for me but that being said… I will go back and order another with the regular stuff on it, it was a good pizza… my bad for ordering the garlic on it! The place has a nice cheerful décor, and everything is done right in front of you!

Marginal… unclean prep area. messy seating area. food on floors under tables… expensive…$ 29 small and large with pops… ouch…it was really bland red sauce. pesto was ok at best… second trip? Doubtful. sorry brother. lots of potential. get it together… joked about giving the leftover to a homeless guy. Very cool oven however…

My family decieded to try 1000° for the first time on 1−17−16. We decided on two specialty pizzas and a order of chessy bread. We ordered the White out and the Tony Pepperoni, when the pizza was delivered to the table, it looked perfect. The crust had just a little burnt edges and the toppings looked great. The pizzas taste is completly different than the looks. The pizzas had no flavor at all, the sauce was bland and the mushrooms where tastless. The pepperonis did taste good, and the cheesy bread had no flavor too. We left a large pizza and most of the cheesy bread unbeaten. For the 37 dollars for 2 pizzas and 1 chessy bread, we were very disappointed. The concept of the pizza chain is great, just the ingredients need to be changed. I don’t see this place staying in business if it don’t change the flavor of its pizzas and bread.

Checked out 1000 degrees for the first time and I have to say I was pretty disappointed. The dough didn’t cook all the way and for the way they cooked it seems like just the wrong dough entirely because they roll it out paper thin and it doesn’t rise. It definitely had a cheap subway feel to it. I ordered the smokey pollo which had a soupy-ness to it. I ordered a build your own with pepperoni, green peppers and spinach, again under cooked and chewy. I also ordered cheese bread which to me was the only saving grace but still not great. Too bad because this place is close and they are fast. Concept is awesome but doesn’t deliver.

Very good flavorful pizza and you get it fast. I like the concept of paying one price and being able to add all the toppings you want. A choice of sauces also, I liked the Siracha Marinara as it had a bite to it. Very friendly staff. I think they should be open later than 10:00 but Im a nightowl. If I had any complaint, and it is not a real big deal, the crust was slightly burned which I like, but the cheese was not really browned, which I would have liked. Ill be back.

Had the salad. First of all need better container to out it in. Those cheap styrofoam hinged containers just don’t cut it. Second. Salad dressings need to be more than a packaged Kraft choice. How about some homemade dressings that you toss into the salad for the customer. It will be cheaper food cost wise and way more appealing to customers. Salad was tasty and the micro greens were a nice touch. I know they are expensive. Lastly I asked for some Parmesan cheese and all there was was the powder shaker style. Some shaved would be real classy.

These fast fired pizza pies are a great addition to the casual food options on the hill in Allen Park. Choose from about 8 pre-designed recipes or build your own with unlimited toppings, a personal pizza is $ 7.95. There are at least 6 different sauces(including caramelized onion which I will try next time), lots of cheeses, 9 meats and 15 veggies. I went with classic tomato sauce, shredded and fresh mozzarella, white onion(red onion is available too), black olives, mushrooms and broccoli rabe. It was great to see rabe, this is their only unique veggie. Blaze’s multi colored olives and roasted garlic are superior in my opinion. Everything is cooked in a sweet rotating oven which is much classier than a conveyor belt. My pizza was cooked perfectly although I would ask for a crispier crust next time if possible, it needed a little char. Bonus points for the Coke Freestyle machine! It’s in an awkward spot in the back and if there is a line it will block the napkins and silverware. The décor is Ed Hardy /Guy Fieri inspired with orange walls and flame patterns everywhere. The staff was friendly and well trained considering this is their opening weekend. I will be back!

Ok I’m extremely picky with pizza and the atmosphere of the establishment, and I must say, I was quite impressed. First thing you notice when you walk in is a clear menu. You have many options like type of sauce, cheeses, etc. Also many healthier topping options. And the crust! Oh brick oven crust, how delicate and flavorful you are. This may be the best part of the place. It’s a brick oven that spins. Actually really cool. Cooks really fast so if you’re on the run, you won’t wait forever. A big plus for someone going there during a lunch break. Also this place is extremely and meticulously clean. In both the dining area and behind the counter(which is viewable to customers). You can see everything. The staff was real pleasant and efficient. You can tell they really want to make sure you enjoy the food and orders seemed to coming out smoothly considering it’s a new place with a good amount of customers ordering. I can tell you we will be back. I loved my buffalo mozzarella cheese, tomato, and artichoke pizza. Really refreshing and not that«heavy» pizza feel.
