the owner of this place was at one time a «dad» of kids that were attending Allen High. He was really into the biz and worked there all the time. It was a family biz. that you could feel when you got there. It was nice. kinda like an old barber shop. I dont know what happened. if he gave it to his kids. sold it. or just retired and let someone else run it. but I havent really been a fan since he left. I usually just go to valvoline off of bethany now.

I used to frequent this business for oil changes, but they’ve finally priced themselves out of the market. The last time I went there, they were asking over $ 60 for a synthetic blend change (not even full synthetic), and enough was enough. Their staff seems reasonably competent, but the owner or manager (not sure which) speaks with a heavy accent and is difficult to understand, which can complicate any issues that may arise during the process.
Frankly, I feel like this business is taking advantage of it’s location near some of Allen’s most affluent neighborhoods to overcharge for it’s service. They’ve lost me as a customer.
