Bicycles Plus

My experience at Bicycles Plus has always been truly great. These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty each time I have visited – two purchases and one repair. I intend to use them exclusively, and I recommend them to anyone.

I highly encourage anyone interested in purchasing a bike, to stop by Bicycles Plus in Allen. I just recently purchased a mountain bike from this location. Unsure originally of what I needed but I had a good idea. Billy was truly a pleasure, and helped in any way he could. He was very patient, explained everything very well, and treated my wife and I wonderfully. The experience at this location was more than could be hoped for. I felt very welcomed, and left with an amazing product, without feeling pressured into something that I didn’t need. I love my Trek x-​caliber 6. Thanks so much to this company for being so great, Especially Billy who made this experience even better.

I recently drove a good distance to buy a road bike from Craigslist only to find that it wasn’t shifting properly. I didn’t want to be stuck with a dud, so I rushed over to Bicycles Plus about 45 minutes before closing time hoping that they could tell me what the issue was.
Within a minute of walking in the store, my bike was on the repair stand and the problem was identified. It turned out to be pretty minor, so that was a huge relief.
I ended up buying a few accessories, which were very reasonably priced. I live pretty far, so I didn’t have them repair my bike, but the service really sold me.
If you live near this location, I highly recommend checking them out for your biking needs.

These guys are great. Helped me with my 1967 Schwinn Deluxe Racer and provided me with a lot of info about the bike after I bought it second hand. Lots of knowledge and friendly and totally respectful — as in, even if you have limited to no bicycle knowledge, they won’t treat you like an idiot. They’re the BEST group of guys.

the guys that work there knew what they were talking about and very helpful in what i needed and were more than willing to share. they actually ride bikes which makes their opinions more credible. so many bike choices.

I have been visiting Bicycles Plus for about a year now and have all my bikes serviced there exclusively. The crew at this store really knows how to provide top tier service for a bicycle.
To ratchet the great service up a notch, I was in a situation where I was out of the country for work and brought my bike along. First thing out on my first ride I dropped my crank magnet for my speed sensor (unbelievably hard to find in Australia) Having purchased the best replacement magnet for another one of my bikes at Bicycles Plus that is enclosed in a stout rubber-​band type case so it cannot be lost again, I wanted my wife to pick one up before she was to meet me outside the US. I dropped Michael Gacki a message on Facebook letting him know what I needed and he went out of his way to make the purchase painless for my wife who has no interest in my bike or bike parts. This is a level of service lost in most retail establishments.

We found Bicycles Plus after eating lunch at Uncle Julio’s one day and decided to stop in and see what they offer. Friendly staff and plenty of bicycles is what we found on our first visit of browsing around.
On our second visit, we met Michael Gacki:) This guy was so knowledgeable and helpful that he is now our «go to» guy for all things related to cycling. If you need bicycle, component, wheel or any advice about all of the other ancillary things that go along with the sport, look no further, go see Michael. Great store, service and staff.

Bicycles raining from the ceiling, this is your one stop bike shop. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they sell and their overall customer service is second to none.
Ask for Mike. The guy is super helpful, friendly, and will totally take care of your every need.
Bikes come with free brake and gear adjustments for life.
This place is next to Pluckers and Mooyah. There’s extra parking around back.
