I took my kids here to play some games and have some fun. They had fun with the games but there were a few that were not working and it was hard to find a tech. to fix the problem. We tried to take pictures in one of the rides but the pictures were not coming out clear. So we wasted a bunch of credits on the picture ride and a few of the games. We got a bunch of tickets and with the amount of money your spending the prizes suck. We also waited over 20 minutes for someone to finally get to the prize counter. The staff was not very friendly. The prizes were not worth it and are all rinky dink type toys and candy. I also think its ridiculous how they charge 2 tokens for the Fun House now. I don’t know how long ago they changed the policy but your already spending a bunch of money on the games and getting cheap prizes, the least they can do is let the kids play in the Fun House for free. Its equivalent to the McDonalds play house nothing special. All in all I have experienced better. I use to come here as a kid and loved it and I just feel like they have gone downhill on quality and management. I’m just glad the kids had an ok time.

We came here from my son’s fourth birthday, just to play a few games and have a little fun. Most of the machines were not working, and we spent three tokens on the Photo Booth that wouldn’t print anything out. The photo booths that were working printed out distorted images; we couldn’t even see our son’s face. Next time I’ll visit the one in Plano, our usual Chuck e Cheese.

The manager Mark is extremely rude!!! He rolled his eyes at us several times and was answering our questions like we were stupid. I wont be back to this location! Horrible Horrible service! Very sad b/c my son loves it… guess we’ll be going to Amazing Jakes from now on.

I have two kids(4yo and almost 2yo) and they absolutely love it here. On weekdays during the school year, they basically get the place all to themselves, which is nice since most places i have to worry about them getting run over by bigger, older kids. We went around lunch time and got the buffet option. Pizza was fresh and as long as there were customers ready to eat it, the staff kept fresh pizza readilly available. Every staff member i interacted with was very welcoming and friendly. Even though there were few people there, the staff didn’t look too terribly bored(i wouldn’t blame them if they were though! Just imagine going to work but having nothing to do all day.) Overall, we had a great time(especially with the fun house, both kids loved it). Not sure if there’s much for teens and older folks without little kids to watch since I was mostly just there for my kids, but I would recommend this location for any family with young kids that just want to relax and let the kids loose a bit without having to worry about them. We will probably even have the 4yo’s birthday here when it comes around.

Half the games were broke and just took your credits, other half were out of tickets. Not to mention the overwhelming odor of stinky feet. Will not be going back.

This place is GROSS!!! Very unfriendly and inattentive employees! It’s like they went down to the high school and said«who wants a job to do absolutely nothing?» Half the machines were out of tickets and we wound up spending an hour to find someone who cared enough to help us. Ordered food once we walked through the door and it took over an hour for pizza and wings. Plus the celery on the side still had dirt on it! If I could of thrown up right there I would of! This place is DSGUSTINGANDTERRIBLEANDNEEDSTOBESHUTDOWN!!! Call the health dept immediately! Would never go to another Chuck E Cheese AGAIN!!!

This facility was dirty and unkempt. The manager was very unprofessional. He appeared more concerned w laughing and chatting than assisting staff, cleaning the facility, or checking on customers. His name was Mario and he was loud and obnoxious. He should be sent to leadership and professional training to better manage teenage staff. The way he directed orders to them was unprofessional. This was our first time here, and very unlikely to return. This location is ghetto despite it being in Allen. Please train your managers!

Went this morning as soon as they opened and it was perfect. $ 20 bucks gets you 100 credits, and at 1 credit per game, that’s quite a deal. The place isn’t gigantic, but it’s not as small as others are making it out to be. Just get there early and it won’t be an issue. Everything was clean and the staff was on their game. I’ll definitely be back.

We did a walk in Party here 2 years in a row. The staff always helps us get the Best Value and tends to make us feel special! We find Monday-Thursday’s in summer to be PERFECT for summer Birthdays!!!

This place could be amazing but the sheer lack of care makes it a gross place to visit and I wouldn’t dream of eating the food. We visited today(Wednesday) between 1−3pm during which time there was no rush of people and yet there are at least 10 filthy tables and no manager or cleaning crew in sight. Luckily we are only here to play games.

My son loves it here! Yes, it’s small and always crowded! A lot of the games are always«broken» I guess. They added new stuff I noticed . It’s just way too expensive!

Three available registers and on a Saturday evening slammed with business they’ve got employees all over the place but one register open. Just pretty freakin ridiculous to make a 4 year old wait 20 mins in line. No apology either. Doubt we will return again after the crappy service.

Tonight we ordered 1 large pizza, half pepperoni half cheese, order of wings, one salad bar and one drink($ 35.99). When we got to our table we noticed we didn’t get any tokens. When we spoke with the manager we were told that only«value meals“received tokens. So, if I would have ordered a value meal consisting of one large pizza with one topping and four drink($ 29.99) we would have received 15 tokens. WAIT, I spent more money but received no tokens but was given the opportunity to buy 10 tokens for $ 10. Chuck-E-Cheese is NOT a good value for your money.

Do not be in hurry to order it seems that the manager is the only one that takes orders and he is in no particular hurry

This place is lacking in rides and space compared to the other Chuck E Cheese locations. Comparable food and service, but their rides and games are so sparse!

This location is a tad closer to my house, but I prefer to drive to the Plano one on Preston instead. This one is pretty lame! It’s ALWAYS super packed. It’s because it’s pretty small compared to other locations. The salad bar is always running out of food, and the pizza always takes long. The worst part is definitely the employees, such attitude! Oh boy! Sorry I asked you to refill the lettuce in the salad bar, sheesh! I always see Chuck E. Cheese walking around the Plano location, he’s pretty much MIA here. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the prize selection is better here. Haha, kind of a random reason. Overall, I can’t say I recommend it here. But if you do come, your little ones will have a blast regardless, so not all is lost.

My son wanted Amazing Jakes today, but they didn’t have any specials going on. So, I looked online at the Chuck e CHeese coupons and found a good one. 2 drinks, medium pizza and 40 tokens for $ 19.99. When we walked in the door Chuck was doing the hokey pokey and giving out free tickets. Then we were handed two vouchers. One was for 5 tokens and another was for 20 tickets. The restaurant was slow. It was not a busy time of the day, so it was very neat and tidy. The pizza arrived quickly and hot. It was OK, better than cicis. My son played games for an hour, redeemed his tickets, and picked out his prizes with ho problem. All in all a great time.

We didn’t go to Chuck E. Cheese for Angelynn’s birthday because of the gourmet pizza. We didn’t go because of the great prizes you could win. We didn’t go because of the executive chef’s new amazing salad. We went because Angelynn for MONTHS has been telling us she wanted to go to Chuckycheez for her 3rd birthday. It all started after some free tokens because of signing up on their email list subscription. After that short, «free» visit, there was a friend’s birthday party there. Once again a free trip, but none the less, it made a major impact on one little two year old girl. From that time until her birthday, it was«Daddy, I wanna go to chuckycheez!» The count down began. For weeks, driving to whatever destination, we were sure to pass a CEC, and sure enough, little Angelynn from her perch in the rear car seat would burst out with«DADDY! CHUCKYCHEEEEEEZ.» I would remind her that we could go there on her birthday which was coming up soon. Apparently, not soon enough, though. Even at home she would ask in that voice that makes daddies melt, «Daddy, I wanna go to Chuckycheeeez… PLEEEEEZ??» Finally, the day arrived and the excitement and anticipation was palatable in Angel’s actions as we prepared for the day. I was in semi-dread for what was facing me. I just knew that with dozens of kids and adults for our party, plus all of the other scheduled party, it would be a madhouse to keep track of drinks, pizzas, prizes and cake. But wait… To my complete amazement, Chuck E. Cheese has this birthday party thing down. When we arrived, the gate-keeper(Chuck E. Cheese makes sure the kids don’t leave the premises without the correct adult in tow) gave Angelynn AND me our stickers, thus indicating the primary persons of importance for our party. Our server was Christan. She directed us to our seating, had arranged for all of the pre-paid tokens to be ready, and introduced me to the manager on duty, who assured me everything was set and would be taken care of. I was told when things would happen, and when Chuck E. Cheese would make his appearance. I was beginning to feel a little better. I mentioned my wife was MsCoupon, and that we had several of them. Christan made sure to note that and took the correct discounts from the bill when each coupon was applied. I’m going to assume a shift change occurred, because later, Christan introduced me to a different manager, who assured me again, that everything would be taken care of. Do you want to know what great customer service and effective marketing does for a business and its customers? Well, for this customer, it made the pizza taste gourmet, the prizes were totally awesome, and the executive chef’s salad buffet rivaled those in the ‘froo-froo’ part of town. And the absolutely best part of the whole experience? We didn’t have to clean up the house! Chuck E. Cheese, you have my deepest gratitude and firm admiration. Kudos to you!
