Cicis Pizza

Worst experience ever tables were all dirty including the floors and the guy cleaning was moving too slow with no hurry to clean the manager was here and didn’t care he was too busy chatting with the cashier, it was slow and so for the lack of pizza on display and the dirtyness of the restaurant there was no excuse for it I haven’t been here for a while and now I remember why I would not come to this cicis anymore

While I don’t really expect much from CiCis pizza, I occasionally do enjoy pigging out on the adequate pizza. However, this location is just maddening at lunch time. Any day of the week. They just can’t ever seem to get ahead of the lunch buffet crowd and there’s little to no pizza or dessert available from around 11−1pm.
I wish this was the first time this happened, but it is consistent even weeks apart. Maybe they need another pizza oven? Maybe they should hold back letting people in if they can’t produce enough pizza? Don’t know but I’m done with this location as the management doesn’t seem to care or be able to fix this consistently annoying issue.
Oh. And to add insult to injury, multiple drink glasses that were handed to us this trip were covered in various food product remains like lettuce, etc. Glad we caught it early and before I or my kids drank out of them, but just another example of this place falling way below the already minimal corporate standards.

This might be a repeat
Cicis is good for the value when your feeding 5 – 6 kids. But this is more abt the Night manager. My wife had asked for stuff crust pizza, they were cooking another one. Well when the pizza came out, the other kids rushed the buffet for the pizza. He took it upon hisself, to bring my wife 2 slices, since she can barely walk and i wasnt there. So for that I thank you

Came into store at straight up noon. Was told to wait 10 minutes because they didn’t have any pizza. Ended up leaving 5 minutes later. Wouldn’t let us eat salad or pasta. Just said we had to wait to pay for 10 minutes. How can a manager allow that to happen. Poor customer service!

I am very impressed at the way this Cici’s is run. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and they were able to complete my order, on a busy Friday night, in 15 minutes.
Thanks for being so kind and helping me out to my car with the pizzas. This is old fashioned service which is so welcomed today.

My family and I went in on sunday for a quick dinner. and boy was it disappointing. Not only was the restaurant filthy with spilled drinks on the ground. There was no pizza on the buffet. we had to wait 15 minutes to get cheese pizza and it was gross.
will not be going to this location regardless of the price and convenience. shut this place down!

This is coming from an avid Cici’s patron who enjoys Cici’s more than any other pizza place that’s in the same low price category, this location was disappointing.
When my son and I walked in there was no one at the front except a manager who was talking on the phone. There wasn’t a cashier in the front and the manager didn’t call one up. So we just waited about 5 minutes while he finished his phone conversation.
Then after we paid, there was literally only one pizza ready on the buffet which was plain cheese. There was also only one dessert. I tried getting the attention of one of the teenagers in the back who were cooking pizzas to request one but couldn’t get their attention. Had to wait at least 10 minutes to finally flag one of them down who said the pizza I wanted would be out any minute. I waited another 10 to 15 minutes and it finally came out.
The brownies were way undercooked, which was a first.
All in all a bad experience. I will be trying another location, even if I have to drive a little further.

This is a really great CiCi’s pizza. With 4 kids and years of youth sports, we’ve eaten at a lot of this chain. The salad bar is fresh and well stocked. The pizza is also fresh and kept hot. If you want a special pizza, they make you a personal size and deliver it to your table. The staff is well mannered, courteous, and willing to help… Definite bonus. Would definitely recommend this place!

Wow! Wonder with all the choices nearby, how this location stays in business. Went in about 1:15PM on Friday and of the 40 or so tables, only two were clean. All others filled with trash, soiled dishes, etc. Only about half the pizza buffet filled and these were luke warm. Poorly made, cold food and dirty restaurant would be my tag line.

Went to Cici’s for lunch at 1:30pm (Sunday).
The girl was fussing at the cook about being short handed. That she could call mike in, he was available. She took my money and walked away not even acknowledging the transaction. Didn’t ask if I wanted anything. Took the money and turned around to talk to the chef again. Some nasty looking kids were eating cheese off of the salad bar front. NOT out of the bins, but off of the tray slider area. I guess I should be happy for them cleaning up the area, as the hostess and rest of crew didn’t give a crap.
There was NO pasta the whole time I was there. The pizza’s on the buffet were pitiful and few and far between. I saw the Cook /​manager dive into the back with a plate full of pizza to eat. Could be baiting the roach traps!
Dressing from the salad area, sauce from the pasta area, and frikkin pizza were all over the counters and even the floor. See picture.
Never, have I been to a worse run Cici’s restaurant! I will write corporate office about this.
Pizza’s were finally coming to refill the buffet as I was leaving. Still no pasta…

Just saw the skinny looking chef. Walk past the coke machine, throw his apron over his shoulder without taking it off, in walk in the restroom. Freaking gross. He came back out pulled it down and tied his apron. And walked behind the counter to continue making pizza. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I don’t rate this place 3 stars because it’s great food with a romantic ambiance. I rate this place 3 stars because it’s great for what it offers. My kids love it, it’s inexpensive, the food is pretty good and they are nice. It’s a buffet style, but they will make your food to your liking which I like.
I typically special order my slices so I know I’m getting a fresh couple slices.
It’s loud… I like that since I have kids and guess what, THEY ARE LOUD. They have video games… I like that since my kids LIKE VIDEO GAMES.
It’s a great place to bring the kids and let loose.

I should have know when I walked in the door and saw one of the workers standing on the front counter where they pass over your cups that it wasn’t going to be a good experience… and then, when they guy did hand us our cups, he inspected them all first and felt it necessary to tell us he was making sure they were clean. Beyond that, everything was sticky, and I mean everything, everywhere that I stepped it sounded like I was walking on Rice Krispies, my hands were even sticky! The straws were all sitting in a container that apparently had some sort of liquid At the bottom, because the wrapper was wet on the ends of all of them. The utensils were all in a container dirtier than my dogs bowl… I could continue, but I think I have already drawn a pretty clear picture.

This has been a classic since I was in middle school and the food is always good, and for not a lot of money! I’m not going to tell you this is high quality food, it absolutely isn’t, but it’s tasty and filling and a great way to stock the table for a party. Inexpensive pizza puts a win in everyone’s column.
The staff is also really nice and if they don’t have something out on their buffet that you want, all you ever have to do is ask and they whip it up, they’re nice like that.
Although it’s not classy, I’ll still go here at random to have some flashbacks of good times and indulge in some cici’s pizza.

No one goes here for pizza. They go here to shut their kids up. If you are 7 and have on a baseball uniform, this is your mothership.

I drive from McKinney to Allen to go to this Cici’s, I think it’s cleaner than the one that is closer to me. The food value for the money is great. It is generally fresh, and the staff is friendly. I like to order a Pepperoni, Jalapeño, italian sausage, and onion for myself. I have to wait a few minutes, but it gives me time to eat my salad. When it comes out it is piping hot. I get my slices, and sit back and watch people quickly taking the remainder from the pizza buffet. It is a really good combination, with a little ranch dressing to dip it in, it is a delight.

Good pizza for a CiCis. What I love is the staff… everyone is so friendly.
