I used them to remove two big trees on the front of my house, they got back to be with a quote within 24 hours and were reasonably priced. They did a great job removing the trees and grinding the stump. They did leave the mulch on my yard after the grinding but they cleaned up all the branches and tree chunks. I actually don’t mind the mulch since I’ve been using it as fill.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they were scheduled to come in the morning but they didn’t show until 3 and they had to come back the next day to finish which was fine because they invoiced me after they finished but I had taken the day off to be there when they removed the trees and I kept having to call them to see why they haven’t shown up.
I would use them again, they did an amazing job and were fast. They were great at returning phone calls and I was even able to pay them online which made the process so easy.

We’ve used this company twice now. We had them trim a tree at our rental property back in the Spring, and we thought they did a good job for a fair price.
Fast forward to Icemageddon, December 2013. Our renters texted me a pic of our tree, split in half. RIP, big guy.
I knew they would probably be swamped come Monday, so I called either Saturday or Sunday that weekend and left a message that basically stated this was for a rental property and I’d like to reserve a spot to get our tree taken out ASAP. No call back. Called Tuesday, and the girl who answered apologized for not returning my call, but that they could go do an estimate that day. Talked to them again a few hours later, and they said they’d remove the tree THAT day (the 10^th).
They didn’t do it that day, or the next time they said they would, or the time after that, or the time after that. I left multiple voicemails, practically begging them to go out and just do the work they already said they’d do before the year was up so I could at least write it off for tax purposes. I even told them the job just got easier — the city came and removed part of it that was blocking the sidewalk (hope they don’t bill me), and my tenant took a saw to most of what was on the ground.
No return phone calls from any voicemails I left, ever. Voicemail was finally full the last time I called. Got another company to go out within 24 hours of calling them (ON December 31^st, YAY tax write-​off!), and they matched the price.
Eagle Tree Experts is obviously WAY too busy, so do them a favor and use someone else.
