Do yourself the biggest favor and drop your prepaid shipment off in the drop-​box or another location. These people are RIDICULOUS when it comes to their arbitrary rules. So help you god, if the contents of the box shake around in the least little bit they will not accept the package. Then they will politely «advise» you to use their packing services which will cost some extravagant amount of money in order to ship the item you already packaged and labeled yourself. This is PURE PROFIT for the shipment center and is a total rip as they hold your shipment hostage if you don’t use it.
I demanded they give me the package back, ripped it open at the counter, shoved some of their free packing materials into it so it wouldn’t «move around too much» and sealed it back up. Saved myself $ 15 worth of FedEx margin-​padding and made it past the gatekeeper of the packages. I swear the woman behind the counter takes some sinister pleasure in denying people’s shipments.
Just go somewhere else where they won’t jack with you. Life is full of enough hassles to add this bumbling group of buffoons to the list of your worries.

Their hours listed on Unilocal and their website are incorrect. They are closed on Sunday and close at 3 on Saturday.

I think FedEx corporate must have a policy it tells all their stores in making customers wait. Better yet, maybe that is the shipping industry in general. This FedEx office happens to be the local one I use monthly. I do like that you do not have to fill out a shipping slip when you go to this one, I just put everything in my envelope and get it overnighted and they ask me all the information. They told me this should be happening at all locations, but when I end up having to go to another FedEx Office location there is a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance that the person up front tells me to fill out a slip. I always ask why and they look at me like I’m from a different planet. I then explain to them that this FedEx does not require it and always get a weird answer… «We’re not on that system yet.»
The employees here for the most part are friendly and attentive. I probably wouldn’t remain that nice after a long shift of having people wait in line for over 10 minutes to mail a package, so props to them.

Good and fast services there. The staff is very helpful. I was looking to print some documents off my emails and fax them out. They made it easy as I was rushing.

I really like this place and thanks to the guy at the front for helping me. I was having trouble with my laptop and connecting and he was able to get me up and going. If you do not have a laptop handy, here’s the place to stop into and handle printing needs if so!

Positives: nice big, bright, clean store. Open 24 hrs. Tom is awesome.
Negatives: WAY overpriced. Fedex offices always seem understaffed. No matter what time you go, you always end up just standing there for 15 – 20 mins AT LEAST.
I’ve had a lot of experience over the years with kinkos/​fedexOffice and the employees/​customer service is almost always terrible. That said, an employee named Tom at this location was awesome. He was very good at his job and seemed to take pride in doing it well. He was very friendly and helpful in helping us and the other 2 customers who were there with us at midnight. Usually the late night staff is the worst and Tom was most certainly the exception to the rule and the only reason for the good rating I’m giving. We still had to wait a long time for service but Tom was the only one there after the other employee saw us waiting and then clocked out.

I’ve used this FedEx Office a few times now. I have to admit, it’s convenient, nice that they are open 24 hrs a day, and the pricing… while a bit «high» in my opinion… is to be expected considering the service provided. I’ve dropped in at 2 am because of problems with my printer or home computer before, just to make sure that an important doc was printed or sent out to others. It’s also nice to know if I forget to ship something, I can get up at 4 am, bring it to FedEx and then go back home to sleep. The staff is always willing to help, no matter the issue. They don’t mind helping pack or providing advice. Pricing here is the only thing keeping them from a 5 star rating.

This is a 24 hour location as previously mentioned, though it’s been through some times where it wasn’t; perhaps this is where the Unilocal listed hours come from.
The location is easy to get to off of US 75, has plentiful parking and there’s a Starbucks nearby. Inside, there are many self service machines for copying, faxing, laminating, just about anything you’d need to do. You can bring your laptop, or use one of their desktops. They also have good staff who can help you with big jobs or need something special
A decent selection of packaging materials, technical books («Windows 7 for Dummies» was in evidence today) as well as greeting cards etc. The space is well lit and clean; you’d have no issues hanging out here in the middle of the night waiting for that big copy job to finish, and you can even get a sweet snack or soft drink to help you make it.

They are open 24hours a day. That’s one star. They are always super nice. That’s 2. They print super quality super quick. That’s 2 more. Pricing is the only hold up here. 40 pages printed in color on card stock $ 50. That’s depressing.
