The Website promised IMMEDIATE REFUNDS through check, Emerald Card or Direct Deposit. I said that was what I wanted when I walked into the tax professionals office. When finished the tax specialist said «Oh the refund deposit duration is up to the IRS.»
This is FALSE ADVERTISING and I am planning on a lawsuit. If they want to stop this action then they will issue my refund or I will see them in court and advertise the outcome for others to follow! Dr. Willis
