The staff is always so pleasant!
Great selection of Women’s clothing! Plenty of sizes in stock.
They used to have a crew cuts section but they don’t anymore.
The sales they run are crazy!

The staff at this location is awesome! They are super friendly and willing to help without seeming overbearing. Besides greeting you upon entering, they also tell you about the sales, offer to open up new packs if you can’t find your size, and give you fashion advice. Each time I’ve gone, it seems pretty organized and clean as well.

50% off all items in the store? What more could you ask for from one of your favorite brands? There were so many great deals, but my wallet is not as thick as I’d like it to be. I ended up with a few items though that I am very happy with. The store was packed with people and I did have to wait at least 5 minutes for a fitting room. Nonetheless, I will definitely try to make out here if I’m in dire need of a shopping spree!

Never really been a fan of J Crew but the Mrs is. So that is why I went here. It was pretty busy the day went on a Sunday. There was a staff member that greeted you at the door. And this place seemed to be packed with as much clothing as they can fit into this store. I really didn’t see much anything discounted… perhaps because it was already discounted to the price they wanted.
In any case, my only complaint is that instead of greeting us at the door, how about you work the registers because I hate waiting in a line when I see staff up front just greeting people. That is why it gets Phillip’s 3 star of approval.

I’ve never been into a J crew and NOT bought something. Also as far as I know, if you present your student ID card at this location (and other regular retail locations) they give you a 15% off discount! Shop away!

When I go to Allen Outlets, I usually HAVE to stop by this place. The store is neat and they have some pretty good clearance deals that I immediately check out after casually perusing non-sale items. The most recent time I came in, their clearance items were an added 50% off. Whoa mama… AND they still had small sizes!
The staff here is pretty friendly, but very hands off in terms of asking if you need help. I usually have to flag someone down for a fitting room, but it’s all good. Definitely recommend this place for those of you who like to shop without slaughtering your bank account :)
