We were excited when someone told us «Jimmy John’s delivers»! Well, we live 3.3 miles away in Glendover at Alma and Exchange– THEYDON’T DELIVERHERE. Seriously? Why advertise that you«deliver» when you won’t deliver 3.3 miles away? Lost our business for sure.

6PM on a Sunday… not a soul in the restaurant when we showed up. 4 of the large booths were dirty and then, to boot, service was not«freaky fast.» Same 4 tables were still dirty when we left 25-minutes later & nobody else came in while we were there. Love the sandwiches, service just sucks at this location!

We went through the drive thru today! Enjoying a wrap but wish they offered salt & pepper! there’s nothing bad to say about jimmy johns. Quick, easy, & comparably priced. We wanted something that wasn’t too fattening or carb filled that we could pick up — & this fit the bill. Nice to have a healthy choice in a drive through!

Jimmy Johns(my fav sub shop) is legit but this location is never fast and bread isn’t always the freshest. Needs better management.

Solid sandwich almost but this location has stale bread. The bread more frequently than not has cold, hard bread. I could have the spouse whip me up a sandwich more soluble than this eight bucks. I wish the management team would eat their own sandwich, never mind Freaky Fast — Freaky Hard bread with your order!

Been here a dozen times and other locations. Ordered the Vito and sandwich came out cold. Bread was hard, stale and crumbling. Seems like they pulled out a pre-made refrigerated one. Was hungry and already drove home or I would have asked them to remake a fresh one. Not very happy.

Good sandwhiches! This is the place that made me a convert from Subway!

Buckle up. Incoming rant. I’m so over this place. The orders are CONSTANTLY wrong, and not by a little — I get completely different sandwiches quite often and even simple requests due to allergies are made completely incorrect. I don’t exaggerate with the use of ‘constantly.’ My family insists on coming back to this place and it’s an ongoing joke…‘What did they mess up this time?’(Tonight’s request: veggie, no cheese, no mayo. What do I get? Veggie with a ton of cheese, plenty o’mayo.) Who cares about a fast service time if the order is completely wrong? And I’d hardly call these sandwiches ‘incredible.’ Just a notch up from subway, and as for being ‘fresh’ — well done, you managed to not serve me rotten veggies. Also, let’s get real, but the prices though. 3 sandwiches, 25 bucks. Not worth it, especially when so inconsistent in service.

Food’s great but the staff is consistently goofing off — they don’t get orders correct often enough that it’s a problem. I’ve had them mess up my order several times here. The staff seems to largely be consisted of young folks who are horsing around a bit too much rather than worrying about getting your order done correctly. They are always polite and fix the mistake for free when it’s made, but I’d rather them just not make the mistakes to begin with. When it’s done right, the food is great. I just wish I didn’t have to pay really close attention before leaving just to make sure they did their job correctly. :\

Sandwiches were great! Bread was really fresh! I was really disappointed that you can’t add mayonnaise to a Plain Jim. If you want that, you have to upgrade to an 8″ sandwich, but ask them to not add any veggies! Wasn’t worth it for $ 1

Friendly and engaging staff happily make some incredible sandwiches. The dill pickles are to die for. The bread and the sandwich toppings all taste remarkably fresh. And they offer some decent customization options – not just in meats and veggies, but in-depth touches like scooping out the bread to make room for more fillings. I love«The Gargantuan” – a giant masterpiece of a sandwich. They allegedly deliver, but their delivery radius is incredibly small. They won’t come to my house which is less than a mile away.
