If money is valued to you, please call around before visiting Dr. Goodwin. The front desk staff was a charm and the office was nice enough, but I just spent $ 113 on a consultation and $ 150 on xrays outside of his office without a single chiropractic adjustment.
When I initially called asking how much it would be to start as a new patient, she told me they’d have to see me for my FREE consultation first, because every case is different she doesn’t know how much it’d cost then scheduled me for an appointment, without me even asking. In hindsight, I feel like a bit of a fool going along with all of this but I am in severe neck/​shoulder pain I was just throwing money at them expecting this to be the norm at all chiropractors. I spent 2 hours getting these xrays that I couldn’t afford at Envision Imaging, with two babies in tow. Well when they asked for $ 123 for the visit to go over the xrays the next day, then an affordable (not really) $ 77 a visit after that. I said I was going to have to cancel. It would’ve been a total bill of $ 386 before I even paid for an adjustment, this is with insurance! My family is paying down 12k + in medical bills at the time and we in no way can afford this ride I was taken for.
The first place I called next, Tree of Life Chiropractic said it would be $ 47 for consultation AND xrays then $ 60 a visit. Tree of Life felt so sorry for me they said to bring my stupid xrays and they would see me for free, and I actually believed them. If you have outstanding hoity toity insurance or have money to throw away, there is no problem with this office. But most of us normal folks don’t, so be very wary before you walk in the door.

Dr. Goodwin is awesome! His office is friendly and casual, yet delivers VERY Professional and helpful adjustments as well as a massage. My family had to change Chiropractors due to insurance and boy did we find the right place to go.
First starting with the massage, being someone who had never had one before I now know what I’ve been missing. I think that the deep tissue massage is important to help loosen the muscles before the adjustment, and Shawna is great here doing it.
Then you do some exercises and get some pre-​back work done before Dr. Goodwin comes in.
Dr, Goodwin tells you exactly what he’s going to do and why he’s doing it. He also give great pointers on how to improve your back health also. I always feel awesome after the visit and always in better health.
Since I’m doing so good now I visit the good doctor once a month for great preventative care.
And Christie is also there in the office with a great big smile to make sure you have a great visit.
Give Dr. Goodwin a try you won’t be sorry.
