Gelato… I dont think there are words for it. Creamy, rich, heavenly clouds of sugar and milk. Honestly, I dont know why gelato places havent overtaken ice cream and froyo shops. This place is just so awesome! The best flavors are 1. Sea salt caramel 2. Wedding cake 3. Pistachio Now dont get me wrong, all of their flavors are so good you really cant go wrong with any of them. Next time you get a hankering for ice cream, ditch it and get some gelato from Pacuigo! Oh bonus, not to far from this location there is a fire pit with a giant chess board by it! #CheapDateNight

The salted caramel was just perfect, I loved it. Hubby wanted just a plain quality chocolate and made due with something with a little more but enjoyed very much. Will be back ASAP, forget Baskins this is my to go to place for a nice scoop

Not very personable staff and one of the doors was locked which was weird. There’s also no music which makes it feel closed. But they’re open until 10

Got a small turtle cheesecake and chocolate flavor. Definately like mixing the flavors better. All of the gelato here has been better than even some i’ve had in Vegas thus far.

Beautiful atmosphere. Yummy fresh gelato. Fast service. There is even a Paciugo stand outside where the live music is!

My husband introduced me to Paciugo when he used to work at Market Street a few years ago, and now it’s become a must on date nights. The quality is beyond what I would expect and their customer service(at every location I’ve visited) is fantastic. We will definitely be returning(tonight, actually) and it will continue to be a date night attraction.

I was disappointed with my last visit. When we went in, there was no one to greet us and we had to wait for someone to come from the back to help us. And even when they came out, she just sort of stared at us waiting for our order. Also, only maybe half of the flavors were out so it was a very limited selection. Now I’m getting picky but it would be nice to have some kind of soft background music. Sitting in dead silence eating our gelato was just awkward :/

Paciugo is THE place for gelato! It’s a super cute first-date place, especially since the Watter’s Creek is already very quirky and cutesy. The gelato is absolutely delicious, and although it can be on the pricy end, you will definitely be full with a small/medium(or splurge with someone for a large!) I recommend the Salted Caramel and 3 type Vanilla, but all flavors are rich and delicious.

My husband and I recently had different opinions on store bought gelato(I hated it and he loved it). In my quest to show him the«real stuff», we visited Paciugo recently. We both fell head over hills for Paciugo. The lady that helped us was very friendly and allowed us to sample various flavors. We went with the small cup that can have up to three flavors. Although it’s a bit pricey, we will definitely be returning for that real gelato!

Came here several times already over the last couple of months. Much needed during this scorching Texas heat! This location is really nice, has seating both inside and outside. There are a variety of different flavor gelatos and Italian ice. There are also smoothies and coffee type bizz that you can order also. The staff has been different every time I went except the last two times where it was an older man working the counter. He was helpful but very blah. It was just kind of «what do you want to order» and that was it. He also charges for regular ice water in a cup. Not sure if that’s the norm or just him. I tried almost every flavor. My favorites were wedding cake, salted caramel, and pistachio. I tried the strawberry banana smoothie there too and it wasn’t too shabby. There are so many flavors to suit everyone and it comes with up to 3 different flavors per order! Even the little itty cups ;) Brought my friends here that came to visit and they absolutely loved this place. They had to come here for their last pit stop before heading back to the airport. Thanks for the deliciousness!

love the gelato and the fact that’s its low on fat compared to other brands, good offering on flavors. BUT there are a couple things that really bug me about place and i have to mention those here : There is no to-go like all other ice cream shops, this place cheaps out on lids ?? I noticed a change on my bill, «1 cup and spoon $ 0.30», i was amused and in disbelief. really !! what else are they going to charge me for?

I’ve never been a fan of ice cream, but Paciugo got me. Love the root beer and the tiramisu flavors.

Paciugo has the best ice cream in Dallas. Always interesting flavors, lots of non-dairy flavors, which I love. No matter which location you go to, you can’t go wrong if you love ice cream.

Pistachio and their new Vanilla Lavender is where it is at! I am bummed they don’t have these two flavors every day. It seems I always like the ones that not everyone else does. I guess this technically isn’t Paciugo’s fault. It’s mine. The only down side of this, is when you ask the teenie-boppers behind the counter if they have a specific flavor and they don’t, they think it’s funny when you’re bummed out. I’ve had Vanilla Lavender twice since it came out, and would eat it every day, if they had it. I was super excited about it the other day when my boyfriend took me here after dinner, and when they told me they didn’t have it, I was bummed. I didn’t want anything else. I could tell the two girls behind the counter that I was being a bit dramatic. Eh well, they’re teenagers, everything’s about drama at that stage of their life.

I’m a fan of gelato and a fan of Paciugo, but I must say I am not a fan of this Paciugo. I’ve been here a few times and each time there’s no one really manning the fort. We wait around for someone to come out. Sometimes it works out because we need time to decide what we want, but other times we’ve already decided and we’re just waiting. The other annoying thing about this place is that there seems to always be small fruit flies or mosquitos flying around. It’s not pleasant and makes you wonder a little about why they’re there. There’s one other particular time that I remember having gelato inside, the staff had grabbed a spoon to help herself to a taste. She didn’t throw away her spoon or grab a new one… she use the SAMESPOON multiple times for MULTIPLEFLAVORS. UM. EXCUSEME. That’s is absurd and completely unnecessary! I don’t care if you sneak a bit or two, but you’re SERVING the gelato to customers. I’m pretty sure they’ll appreciate you keeping your salvia and germs to yourself. Does this violate some kind of sanitary protocol? …And I’ll tell you that that is probably the last time I’ll be going to this location… How unfortunate!

Yummy! This is my kind of gelato! Ok, so it has less fat than ice cream, but a higher sugar content. Should I be worried? Naaaaaaah. They had like more flavors than you can imagine. I had the piccolo(Italian 101: it means«small» in Italian). But it was big! You can order up to 3 flavors. It was difficult to narrow down to my top 3 flavors… but i did it. The winners are: Vanilla Lavender, pistachio, and Pina Colada. Vanilla lavender — it reminded me of soap. But totally refreshing. Pistachio — My all time favorite. Whether I am in Pisa, Italy or Allen, Texas, I can never go without this nutty flavor. Pina Colada — Virgin. And that’s ok! Still tasted wonderful. Here for a few more days… hope to stop for more!

Ahhhh, so good during the worst heat wave ever. When it’s 110 degrees outside there’s no room for messing around with terrible, fake ice cream from fast food places, or even mediocre stuff from the mall. No. It’s time for PROFESSIONALS! That is exactly what the peeps at Paciugo are and when you offer me flavors like pistachio almond, sea salt caramel, and wedding cake all I can do is moan in ecstasy and hope that you can interpret my glazed stare and low groaning as the urge for gelato that it is, and not the early onset of the zombie virus. They don’t skimp on portions and piled my tiny bowl high with three flavors, all of which I devoured in some kind of daze. With my core cooled down enough to brave the blistering heat I waved goodbye, hoping they hadn’t pulled a shotgun on this gelato zombie while I gorged myself on sweet, sweet brai-, i mean gelato.

Big on taste, big on selection, big on price. I guess you get what you pay for. My family loves the variety of flavors. Very consistent quality. Makes a great after dinner stop.
