I’ve never had a problem with the people at this shop. I’ve dealt with the two women who work there and they charged me the same prices to hem pants. I had them take in some button-​down shirts and they did a great job.

The lady is rude. She charges whatever prices she feels like. I took two dresses on two separate occasions. Same type of alterations but two very different prices. Not recommended.
Instead, I found another tailor & her name is Dana. She is located on the southwest corner of Parker & Custer in Plano (next to subway) which charges half of what Cho’s does. For e. g, she only charges $ 7 to take up sleeves whereas Cho’s charges $ 15! Also, Cho’s wait is typically one week whereas Dana is next day if it’s not too complicated.
No, Dana did not pay me to write this. I do not like to be charged exorbitant prices by some unpredictable moody lady at Cho’s.
