Terrible customer service, and very pushy to get me off the phone when I was politely asking about how their pricing works. I chose them because they had great reviews and were close in distance, and I needed a simple fix done to a dress but I will not be calling this place back. Rude and pushy employee.

She has fixed several pairs of pants for me and has done a fantastic job. She is honest and open about what she can and can’t do which is great. I highly recommend Allen Tailor!

I love her work but she’s never in when I come by. It’s hard to schedule times to make it in to her and not have to carry a baby plus my tailoring up her metal stairs.

I love this place! Alla does a wonderful job on men’s and women’s clothing alike. I’m very picky and extremely particular when it comes to alterations on my expensive clothes. I trust her completely with everything. She is kind, talented and a very lovely woman. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Did a great job! The lady is super nice and very personable. She can get the job done well and quick. We heard about her from Sarar at Allen Outlets, as she was the recommended tailor. We trusted her with pants for a wedding reception, and they turned out great.
She is a bit pricey, but I’m used to getting my suits made in India for $ 150 so I’m a terrible judge on price. Regardless, however, give her a chance for your tailoring needs.
