Yes, this often seems like my second office, I’m here so much. Staff is always friendly and quite often they greet me by my name. It’s clean, service is great and I have always been able to find a chair or a table to sit and work at(once in a while there are literally no seats open) Based on some of the other Starbucks around here, they’re probably due for a facelift. I don’t think it’s been remodeled since they opened. Good experience. I come here quite often.

If you’re in a hurry, chose another location! I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through line for the past 3 times that I visited this location. They usually have more than 4 people working at any time but the employees just seem to be chatting a lot and really slowing down the process of making drinks.

This is a great Starbucks with an excellent location. My hubby and I utilized the drive thru, which is our favorite feature of Starbucks. We were on the run and wanted a quick caffeine fix. This location was quick and friendly. We received our beverages in only a matter of minutes and were able to be on our way.

1÷1÷2016 had forgotten I was disappointed 6 months ago. I visited the Starbucks on McDermott first… but they were out of chai. So I went to the Bethany location. I got a Luke warm cup of milk with barley any chai. So disappointed!!! :-(((((((. Guess I finally learned.

This place is so, so slow. 7 people working and only 1 person taking orders. It not that hard to figure out that you will wait a total of 20 mins for coffee.

this location has been my favorite out of the Bethany location and Spring Creek location. Bethany employees aren’t friendly and the line doesn’t move well. spring creek location is as slow as molasses in winter and they always get my order wrong. I went to this location Friday and Saturday and both days the drinks were not good. Friday, the drinks were not filled to the top. there was about an inch left in the cup, which was frustrating considering the drink was $ 6. Saturday the drinks(Frapp’s) were completely liquid and also didn’t taste great. also, the girl at the window Saturday was very rude and completely not personable at all. I don’t like it when the barista is trying to hand you your order and talk to the person at the drive through at the same time. really sucks since the other locations nearby are horrible, too. I hope they can get it together.

Usually go by this location during the evening, which allows for a shorter time in line. I recently went during the morning, the line was about 20 cars deep which is expected during the morning rush. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and was very disappointed. The bacon was not fully cooked and the cheese was off to the side barely on the sandwich. I’m «assuming» that this happened due to the long line and having to rush to get orders out. Was not able to address with management, had to get to work.

Love this location! You can expect a wait at just about every Starbucks any time of the day. You go there knowing this. A week or so ago, I went through the drive through and the wait was longer than usual(around 15/20mins). When I got to the window, the gave me my drink for free, and a voucher for another free one(without me asking). Great customer service!

I pass this Starbucks on my way to work everyday and so frequent it pretty regularly. My drink orders are always on point so no complaint there. But when I get a pastry, they do not ask if I want it heated up which bothers me because they should ask as other locations I have been to do ask. The staff is overall about average in professionalism and being friendly. This one does get busy because of its central location in Allen and the layout of the drive-thru makes it seem worse because it is right next to a dry-cleaners that has a circle drive-thru that can’t be blocked. You usually have to drive around the building to get into the Sbux drive-through line then make sure you don’t block the dry-cleaners drive-thru also. Not the best setup. I have gone inside a few times and it’s kind of small and sometimes hard to find a good spot. Also noticed there are flies flying around every time I go inside. However, I will continue using the drive-thru simply out of convenience.

I frequent the drive thru in early mornings. Staff is always friendly and swift. Products are good. Today they were out of blueberry scones. How can you be out of something at 6am already? And please ask me if I want my pastry heated. But my biggest irritation is that I always have to ask for a napkin. I noticed Starbucks minimized the napkins. Understandable. But I’m ordering drink and food items. Come on. Don’t make me ask for napkins. And since customer service is important to you, ask me if I need some sugar for my coffee too. Thanks.

This is a really busy location, but they do move quickly. The layout of their drive-thru can be a little confusing because they are right by a dry cleaners, so if there’s a line you actually have to drive around the whole building to be in the drive-thru line and not blocking parking lot traffic. That being said, they always get my order right and they’re really nice!

I really hate leaving a negative review on this store but, this is not the first time recently that I have been overwhelmed by the flying insects inside this store. My French Press was ok but after swatting gnats and one in my coffee cup it just was time to throw in the towel. The bathroom needed attention and appeared to have been in a need of cleaning for a while. One restroom was out of service. The oven was open the entire time I was there and insects were around and flying inside of it too. The barista was notified of the issues and acknowledged them but there were was no apology or even an assurance that the problems would be addressed in the future. There was no manager card to be found. This is really unusual.(Could the manager be embarrassed by this store?) I am not only a Gold Card holder but a very frequent patron of all Starbucks locations in the D/FW area. This one is close to my home but is now off the visit list. Shame!

So I ordered my usual a Venti White Chocolate Mocha Frappachino. I get to the window and I see a Grande White Chocolate Mocha Frappachino. She cashes me out and the guy runs over to the grande drink and puts it in a venti and fills it from the middle to the top with whip cream… ummm. what? I’ve never had a problem with my drink or my order, but this is ridiculous. If I am going to start getting drinks this way, I will go somewhere else.

I hate to give such a low review, as we used to frequent this location very often, but there is one thing that I can’t ignore about this location that has caused us to go to the Bethany Drive location just one exit South of McDermott: flies. Copious amounts of gross house flies buzzing all over the place, including in the bakery display and on the café appliances. I’m not sure if the staff just isn’t keeping the store clean, or the management isn’t getting the location sprayed regularly for insects, but there were tons of flies inside the last time my wife and I sat down for an afternoon with our laptop and iPad to do concentrate on some work /relax. After a trip to their bathroom, which at the time smelled like a dirty truck stop and was missing paper towels to dry my hands, I am going to guess that the staff is not cleaning the place very thoroughly. After less than an hour, we couldn’t stand the constant buzzing or waving of our hands trying to swat them away any more so we left. We will definitely be avoiding this location until I feel up to stopping back inside to see if the fly problem has been addressed. Otherwise I can’t recommend this Starbucks location to anyone.

I have my favorite coffee shop location and this is the one I love. The staff are so friendly and polite. Every order I’ve made at this location has been exactly what I’ve expected. I love the new Caffè Espresso Frapp.

This has been my neighborhood Starbucks for many years. Even with the long lines in the morning they maintain quality and freshness. Each drink is always amazing from my PSL to my Zebra Mocha. The baristas are top notch. Your also all welcome since I unlocked PSL10 this year.
