Palm Oasis Pool Care

I have used Palm Oasis a couple times now for minor pool repair, cleaning and they have done a terrific job. They communicate very well, are competitively priced (better than many service companies that I’ve researched) and are excellent with letting me know the exact cost of every specific item and service. There are never any surprises.
I have had them replace a spa light (in favor of a LED one that I purchased separate), fix a faulty skimmer flap, and perform my 6 month filter wash out. In the process of fixing the faulty skimmer flap, they found that the pool builder had over grouted the tile causing the flap to stick and break. They corrected the problem and install the new flap without additional fees.
They also found a couple of issues with my DE filter that I had apparently caused in my efforts to clean it out last time. They didn’t have the exact filter grid with them but didn’t hesitate to run and grab one and install it all in the same evening — way above and beyond.
I highly recommend Palm Oasis pool care. Their quality and service is beyond compare.
