We have been with Oasis Pool for over a year and couldn’t be happier! Our previous company constantly missed things, or changed cleaning dates which led to frustrations. Shawna came to our home immediately after my initial call, walked me through our system and offered insight into our saltwater pool. I was impressed and have not regretted firing the other guys. Juggling both work and home, it is a relief to have her available by text and she has gone the extra mile in researching different cleaning systems to fit our needs/​budget. We requested an inspection on our water line to ensure we didn’t have a leak, and Shawna not only found various individuals to complete the work (after our choosing) but also coordinated the appts and payment! Try them out, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Shawna came to my family’s home for a free estimate, she measured everything and took into account for our electric gate, the landscpaing, stone stairs and everything. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all our questions along the way. The price was very reasonable and she set up the install and even came by on the installation date to check on everything. Her installer did a great job, working efficiently, my wife only needed to take off the morning and the job was done. Shawna followed up after the install and made sure any remaining questions were answered, leaving us a with a great confidence for the work and service behind Texas Oasis Pools. I highly remmoend them and now my wife and I can have Peace of Mind while our toddlers play near and around our pool. Thank you!

After trying several services with disappointing results in our new neighborhood, I now highly HIGHLY recommend Texas Oasis Pool Services. They are dependable, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Prices are very competitive, too. Shawna and Jason and their team have transformed our pool experience from «what now?» to «this is fantastic!»

I can always count on Shawna to respond to what ever problem I have very quickly! They have resolved problems for me over the phone at no charge. What pool company does that for you? I always get great service, and highly recommend them.
