McKinney Pools (Mark & Co) have helped me with several «different» problems on a 10 year old pool. He is reasonably priced, prioritizes correctly and works into the night until the job is done correctly. I wish everyone in the service industry was this good.

McKinney pools is a wonderful pool company. Mark takes the time to explain the issues and come up with the right solution. They sell high quality chemicals and even deliver them right to my house for free. Every time I have a problem Mark helps me out right away, he has helped me fix a lot of things over the phone for free. He is very knowledgable and friendly. It is so nice to get good advice from a professional. I also really appreciate that they never try and sells things I don’t need. They help you save money by using the correct high quality chemicals. Give them a try. You will be glad you did.

We just bought a house in Fairview with a pool and spa. The prior owners used Mckinney Pools and recommended them. As first time pool/​spa owners, we needed some hand-​holding to get started. And Mark the owner at McKinney Pools did just that. His 2-​hour tutorial covered all the bases. Mark is very thorough, methodical, and doesn’t rush. We are confident in his vast working knowledge. We feel that we made the right choice with Mark.

As first-​time pool owners, a friend recommended that we check out McKinney Pools. Mark came to the house and gave us an in depth tutorial on how our system works and what we need to do to keep it running in top condition. He answered all our questions fully. We bought our chemicals online and Mark had them delivered to our house just a few days later. Anytime we have questions, we head to McKinney Pools and Mark will take the time to explain everything! We feel like we’ve become knowledgeable pool owners in just a few months! We would tell all our friends to go the McKinney Pools!
