I love the staff here. Yes they’re going to try to get you to buy lotion, and yes they’re going to tell you when you’re able to upgrade. But that’s their job. And you’re allowed to say no. I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t want. And anything I have bought or upgraded has always been wonderful. It doesn’t bother me when employees do their job, and I think it’s hilarious people are complaining. The beds are always clean, and the staff is always peppy and willing to make small talk. I much prefer this tanning place than to a few other places I’ve tried.

I give it 5 star, I’ve only had the best experiences in here! All the staff is great! The whole building is clean and organized all the time and the beds are awesome, and the music is on point all the time. Great job y’all!

I really would consider another business. I found myself dreading the entering this structure. The lack of friendliness and having to wait before a tan offered a negative experience. The staff needs to be retrained on customer service. In time maybe there might be someone in a leadership position that can make a positive change.

Prices are a little high, but it’s worth it. Don’t ever buy a sample pack of lotion because you’ll pay at least $ 15 – 20 for the small pack. You might as well suck it up and buy a bottle (starts at $ 50 or $ 60 for a beginner) from them or you can go online. They have spray tan (both Mystic and VersaSpa), stand up beds and premium beds. The staff is hit-​or-​miss on knowledge and friendliness, but let’s face it, you’re there to get in, get brown and get out. If you have questions about usage or applications, just ask. They are usually helpful. They have only a few locations spread throughout the Dallas area, but they are centrally located with easy access off the freeway usually. If you refer a friend to sign up, you get $ 7 credit towards your next month’s payment too.
