Palm Beach Tan

I really like this tanning place vs. other experiences because for the most part the staff is friendly. Sometimes you do get down stressed out staff but when there’s like 5 people wanting to used the same beds I’d be stressed out too. I really liked the knowledge the staff had on how to maximize my tan and how on staff member gave me advice on switching up beds and using upgrades when they have specials. That’s much appreciated as I had not known that before! I wish I knew his name! He’s always pleasant and actually has learned my name correctly! The beds are clean, and I haven’t had any concerns about the quality of the bulbs or noticed any bulbs out in the three months I have been with this company. They will sell you fabulous product, yes it expensive, but it works, and it’s not a knock off like you will find online ! And they explain why you need it or if you simply tell them your price range they can tell you what they have! Ive never felt ignored, and I have never seen anyone get treated without the upmost respect! It’s a pretty fabulous place to get looking fabulous!

Disappointed, I called yesterday to inquire on some tanning specials and was told one thing arrived today to sign up and was told «oh that girl was new» and that expired yesterday so took my business down the street to a privately owned salon, no issue there what i was told was what it was no question! I was surprised They turned away my business and blamed a new girl, well dont let a new girl answer questions then or have someone shadow her…

The beds are clean but not the floors. The people at the front always look really tired and unkept as well as pretty annoyed. The girl who helped me both times I have tanned here seems kind of nice until I don’t buy the monthly tanning she tries to sell me then she becomes irritated and rude. She doesn’t even acknowledge me when I say goodbye. As soon as my pre paids are used up I will never come back.

First experience was kind of iffy, after working at a tanning salon and then just moving to the location I don’t know if I would have gone back if it wasn’t for my «giving a second chance/​shot» thought. S, second time, great and very respectable. I actually was able to the answers to what questions I had (other than beating around the bush answers) and I signed up for a coupon AND already bought a package for next month. The prices for packages aren’t too terrible. Compared to others this is fine, I don’t care how cool and new the beds are as long as their bulbs are up to par then I’m game! The beds were clean and I like that they have a station for deodorant, hair ties, ect. To help you out. Oh and their hours, how could you go wrong, you can go at almost any time of day!

This location, and the chain overall is consistent with it’s quality. The staff are friendly and personable, sometimes a little pushy trying to sell you $ 90 bottles of lotion, but that’s what is expected of them from their bosses. The beds are super clean… and so long as you are not a level 1 or 2 patron they are really comfy and relaxing.
Don’t care much for the spray tan because it once dripped water on me (a big drop straight down my face) midway through the session. This was just before a vacation of a lifetime and I looked like a freak. Plus it turns the bottom of your feet brown (ew) and makes you look overall dirty.
I go 2 – 3 times a week and would recommend to my friends *except for the spray tan*
