Pro-Service Plumbing

I have used Pro Service Plumbing for the past 10 years. I consider myself very lucky to have discovered this firm after moving back to Plano from Austin. They have assisted me with leaky faucets, replacing seals on toliets, clogged up drains, broken disposals, replacing hot water heaters, etc… they are always professional and take the extra time to explain my problem to me. I have recommended this firm to others and will continue to do so…

They came out same day and in a timely manner. I felt as though they listened to what my problem was and had been in order to address all concerns. They educate me on the problem as well as fixed; which I greatly appreciated since this was my 3^rd plumber in the past few months.

We have used Pro Service Plumbing 2 – 4 times. While I have no real gauge for comparison in price for their service, it does seem pricier than usual but that comment does not affect my star rating above.
I’m pleased with their installation of our new toilets and water heater, however, after repairing a sink, the employee took our left over/​removed/​used copper pipes (vintage house) without asking. I gave them an opportunity to ask to keep the metal by drumming up a conversation about how expensive copper had become and still no request to take our property, just a statement that the guys back the «store» send all this stuff in at the end of the year for bonuses. Um bonuses from your customers without asking!
Would we have given them our left overs? Probably. I know how much that metal is worth but I wasn’t really in the mood to take it to a recycling station. But it’s much more responsible and graceful for a person to ASK the owner of the property if they intend to throw it away so that it can be recycled and the employee gets to reap the rewards.
We won’t be calling this company anymore as we felt off put by this situation and we want to compare rates elsewhere. This sucks because it’s always nice to find a company and stick with them for all your needs. Oh well. On to the next company.

Absolutely would not recommend this company. Very bad experience, they could not solve even the simplest issue
