Dr. Rendon and his staff are amazing. It was not long after I walked into the office that I knew I had chosen the right orthodontist for my treatment. The staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They explained my insurance options and all fees upfront. Dr. Rendon was extremely thorough and did a fantastic job explaining what my treatment would entail, how long it would take, and what the desired outcome would be. I clearly got the impression that I was being helped and in good hands. As a consumer, I NEVER got that feeling of being just another customer going through a turn stall. I was able to relax knowing that I was getting the best treatment in the Dallas Metro-​Plex. True to his word, everything went as planned and I am VERY happy with the results. Thank you Dr,. My son just completed phase one treatment with Dr. Rendon. We are extremely happy with the beautiful results and our overall experience with his office. Dr. Rendon and his staff (Lisa and Ana) were all so personable and kind and had a great rapport with my entire family. My son was not always gentle on his appliances and they got us in quickly for repairs (and they knew who we were when we called). They have a fun incentive program with tokens that can be earned on each visit and they have monthly trivia contests. I recommend this practice for anyone looking for personal and professional treatment.
