Steer clear — don’t waste your time at this location or any Sleep Experts in the DFW metroplex. They have been purchased by Mattress Firm, and service, like the bed we paid over $ 3k for, is non-existent. We have been given 4 different delivery times, with no delivery. No one calls to say it’s not coming — it just doesn’t show up. The warehouse gives a different story every time we call, and the stores, and district managers don’t even know where merchandise is or how to get it delivered. Lots of unhappy customers. I didn’t think anyone in Allen could give worse service than Stacy Furniture, but Sleep Experts has gone and done exactly that. While the store has been gracious in offering discounts for all the hassle, it’s not really a discount if they never deliver the goods. After 4 delivery no-shows, we now have to start from scratch and find a bed somewhere else. What a giant waste of time and energy.

I love this store and their service. I bought a bed and pillow a few months ago right after shoulder surgery and wow! not only could I get into bed, I slept all night and was able to get out of bed without yelling (ok I had been either screaming or sleeping in the recliner — and after a few months of the recliner I was ready to sleep in a bed). The delivery guys were great.
So I went back today get to get a matching pillow. Well, from my perspective, it is really just a gift from Santa that he will let me open and use today!
They are so nice here — I actually took a nap the 1^st time I came. I recommended this to my mom and she went to the store in Sherman TX, found something she liked too. We brought her old mattress back to the Sleep Experts center to be donated and I must say that the guys there were as pleasant and nice as the people in the store.
Service is absolutely the best!
