Highly recommend the sipping chocolate! especially for those with a sweet tooth. They make the chocolate batches in the morning and rotate from day to day. The caliente and mayan chocolates are slightly spicy — all the chocolate pieces are 2.50 a piece.

I had to see what the hype was about and I’m glad I did. Their dark chocolate sipping chocolate tastes like it was hand crafted by the Gods. They give you 4 oz.($ 4.00) of it which should be enough for any regular human being but to be honest I was disappointed that my dream of swimming in dark sipping chocolate was to end so quickly. My heart sank when the lady gave me my half-filled cup(that’s all? *tear) but as I sat in the car I realized it is heavy sipping chocolate and I should probably not drink 8 oz. of it. But I would. And I want to. If you haven’t tried their stuff, do so, now. You won’t regret it.

Sublime Chocolates is a terrific and unique chocolate shop. First you’ll find the largest variety of chocolate products I have seen — htink truffles, bean-to-bar chocolate bars, sipping chocolate, chocolate ice cream, and frozen hot chocolate. Beyond the decadent and delicious sweets, you’ll find a passionate team who will take the time to ensure a great experience. I highly suggest giving them a try– you won’t regret it!

So many good things to pick from, but I always come back to the best, The Sea Salt Caramel. It is the very best thing in the shop.

Sublime Chocolate is well named. The chocolate is as sublime as chocolate can possibly be. The chocolatiers at Sublime make the chocolate candies in house. The candies are fresh and do not contain preservatives. Therefore, it is quite justifiable to buy a box of 15 chocolates and eat them as quickly as possible. Sublime is unique among chocolatiers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in that they roast the cocoa beans and grind the nibs on site giving them better control over the quality of the base component of their product. Whenever a co-worker mentions that they are heading to a restaurant located in Watters Creek at Montgomery Farms, I tell them to skip dessert at the restaurant and take a leisurely stroll down to Sublime Chocolate. They won’t be disappointed. One coworker mentioned in a conference call that he was taking his spouse to a restaurant in Watters Creek at Montgomery Farms to celebrate their first anniversary. He resisted the idea at first stating that he really didn’t think a visit to a chocolate store would be a good ending to a romantic dinner. Very sure of myself, I told him that if he went to Sublime Chocolate with his spouse and they didn’t find it to be a perfect experience, I would pay for their anniversary dinner. Four days later on our next conference call, I didn’t even have to prompt him for a report on the anniversary dinner. As soon as he logged onto the call, he told me how both he and his wife had enjoyed their hot chocolate and sipping chocolate at Sublime and had agreed that it was the best part of their evening.

We live in the complex and come here frequently. They always know our order. Haha. The chocolate is made here at the store so you are always getting fresh sweets, so remember to eat them soon as they don’t use preservatives! Our favorite things to get here are the frozen hot chocolates. The dark chocolate has quite a heavy feel to it but it’s balanced so it’s not overpowering as people who dislike dark would think. The white chocolate feels heavy on the palette but has such a unique flavor like a custard. The milk chocolate is well balanced. Need a wake me up? Add an espresso shot to it! The espresso is amazing here. Dark, well balanced, and caramelized. They have items that they make every now and then that are great. The maple bacon dipped in chocolate is so awesome! It’s smoky flavor really makes the chocolate more noticeable. The toffee here is amazing too! It’s light in flavor and has a delicate crunch. Grab them when you see them! Their chocolates are great too. Favorites are espresso, hazelnut cream, jasmine rose, pecan pie, and the peanut butter cups. Also have to try their sipping chocolates! You get a perfect amount. Milk chocolate is dense and has a light, simple flavor to it. The white chocolate is heavy and has a complex flavor. The dark chocolate is heavy and dense with a complex flavor. Highly recommended for a treat our as a gift!

Came here for the frozen hot chocolate. It was nothing special. Basically a chocolate milkshake. Nice area though.

Awesome little shop. It smells like heaven when you walk in. I stumbled upon this shop while exploring Watters Creek shopping, and am in love. They even do custom chocolate bars, which I had made for my dad on father’s day. He loved them!

Great shop, fantastic quality, friendly service. I have been using this shop since before they moved into Watters Creek. The product is consistently delicious and the staff are always eager to help. They have creative tastings and a variety of packaging options. It’s my go-to chocolate stop for all occaisions!

Want to purchase a gift card? Oh, but, you don’t live in the Dallas area? No problem! For the small, small delivery fee of $ 1, Sublime Chocolate will mail the gift card to the desired recipient. How sweet is that?! They’ll even write a note for you. I appreciate kind, prompt, accommodating service like this. They don’t have to do that, but they choose to offer that level of customer service. Can’t wait to visit in store!

The chocolates here are excellent and you definitely pay the price for them. They don’t have a huge selection and I still prefer Godiva over them but this place lives up to its name.

Came here with my mom and nieces. Chocolates were delicious. Just like little works of art. My favorite was the champagne one. Must come back for more :)

My wife and I were wondering window shopping, yeah right, at Waters Creek mall 908 Market Street Allen, Texas 75013 and I want it something hot and different from the same old Starb’s and ended up at Sublime Chocolate. OMG was it good, hot and creamy full of flavor, the best cup of choco ever. We seated inside savoring our cup and staring at the display of all those chocolates and bars. It was the perfect day for chocolate. This weekend will be ice cold and we’ll be there again, you should try to.

We visited Sublime last Saturday and the all around experience was great! My husband and I wanted to try based on reviews and at our attempt to find another spot similar to Max Brenners, a divine chocolate restaurant in NYC! While not a large menu or actual restaurant in size, the chocolate was out of this world! Since it was our first time, we were offered samples of the three sipping chocolates: white, milk, dark. Well done Sublime for that touch! You started our experience off right with great customer service! I decided to get the frozen white hot choc and my husband the frozen milk hot chocolate. One word… wow! We drank both despite the large amount, just too good not to! We will be back for sure and are looking forward to trying more of the sipping chocolate varieties! Only con is closed on Sundays. That is when we seem to have more time for outings so a little bummer for us! But doesn’t change my perfect review of menu and experience!

Tried the hot chocolate here 2 weeks ago and I’ve gone back 6 times It’s really freaking awesome! Only 4 stars because of their hours… They really should post their hours on their door or window. I’ve stopped by 3 times now and they were closed all 3 recent times. Sunday would probably be a busy enough day to be open I would think.

If you are walking around watters creek stop by this joint and it will be the cherry on the perfect shopping sunday. Their chocolates are so amazing and they offer a lot of unique flavors. If you are looking to buy someone over during their… not so happy time… these are the special chocolates to get what you need done.

I’ve been living in the San Francisco Bay Area for a few years now, and there are hella options for High Quality chocolatiers, so it is kinda surprising to see that the Dallas area has almost no options. Sublime is good in that they are filling this niche for North Dallas, but unfortunately can’t compare to stuff in the Bay Area. Competition must work. However, I really like the idea of custom chocolate bars. It is pretty neat. Choose some toppings, and then they make your bar in a few minutes. The sipping chocolate is sufficient to fill that craving, since there aren’t really any other options nearby. Much better than hot chocolate. They give free samples, so there’s no excuse not to try it! Chocolates are good holiday gifts. Note: They give you a free truffle if you re-use your boxes. I appreciate this. It has been painful for me to realize how California-ized I’ve become when I return to Texas and am shocked to see places still using plastic bags and giving them for free.
