Cheesecake Factory has the best cheesecakes ever! I’m on a mission to try every single cheesecake. I’m just gonna jump right into dessert. I had the lime cheesecake, and it was creamy, lemony, and sweet! Pure perfection! I also had the Cuban sandwich with cold cuts, sauerkraut, cheese, mustard and mayo, I think, but it was savory, sour and delicious. Too bad they don’t have a variety of soups, I would like some soups. FOOD: 5⁄5 SERVICE: 5⁄5 AMBIANCE: 5⁄5 PRICE: $$

Honestly, the wait was not as bad as it may seem. Just a little backwards with informing patrons that their table is ready, but having them wait until someone can seat them is a little silly. Don’t call people back to wait another indefinite amount of time. The food was great. I ordered the Cuban Rolls for my family and I to try. We all agreed they were hot to the touch. But delicious. I ordered yhe BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad… soo good but way way too much food. I barely made a dent and had to take 75% of it home. I am not a fan of leftovers, so I hope I do not waste it.

I think this chain’s biggest problem is the size of their menu. They need to scale back and focus on doing a few things really well because at this point even their Cheesecake is suffering. If my grandma didn’t like this place, we’d never go there anymore.

usually its 3⁄5 stars but this location was amazing. We were greeted right away and sat withing minutes and we had 6 people. The waitstaff was amazing, we had great appetizers. While everyone had a steak i has a salmon salad, the salmon was a small portion but it was a great yummie salad. For dessert we had red velvet cheesecake and my favorite strabberrry shortcake with ice cream. we will be back!

Honestly, I find it hard to write anything bad about any Cheesecake Factory I have been to. This one is always busy because it’s the only one in Allen and located in the busy Watters Creek area which has apartments and retail shops, along with other restaurants. I used to work right next to a Cheesecake Factory a few years ago so I am very familiar with the menu as I used to go there for lunch a lot. I haven’t met a menu item that I didn’t like. And the desserts are absolutely phenomenal. If you are looking for a spot that is always a hit, this is it. Parking is not too bad if you don’t mind walking a little, there’s plenty in the garage next door. I’ve also ordered through the phone a few times and picked up. My favorite items include chicken samosas and any of the salmon dishes. I also love their chocolate tuxedo cheesecake and their 30th anniversary cheesecake. Always good! Enjoy! :)

I love the food here, large portions and great flavor. The deserts are massive, you could easily share with 4 people. The only issue is my family and I decided to visit the location in Allen Tx the good customer service was defiantly lacking that night. It started with us being seated in an area where there was no server. I sat and waited hoping to at least be acknowledged and brought water but nothing happened. A table right next to us with two couples were greeted and brought drinks right away(they were sat 15 minutes after we were), I knew from that moment something was not right, went to retrieve a manager and got a bad attitude from one of the employees seating customers. In the end Todd and David McKinney(both managers) came to the rescue and continuously apologized and our delicious desserts were on the house. The cared about our experience and wanted to make sure we return.

I’ve been here several times and I just don’t feel that the quality of the food is worth the price. We had four in our group and a couple of things had to be sent back because they were not cooked properly. Would have given three stars for mediocre, but taking a star away for having to send food back.

This place was packed when my family came to dine a few nights ago. Although we were told it’d be a 40 minute wait, we were seated after about 20 minutes. Our various meals were quite an assortment. We waited a fairly long time for our food to arrive. Luckily, my mom loves the whole wheat bread in the table basket. My dad ordered off the skinnylicious menu, and his pasta was seriously overcooked. It had the consistency of spoiled rice left at the bottom of a pot. Since it was inedible, he asked for a replacement and was given bowtie pasta with his shrimp with which he was okay. My mom ordered Bang Bang Chicken and was happy with it. I ha the rigatoni with shrimp and Italian sausage. It was passable. Usually I get excited with big portions due to my gluttonous nature, but I wasn’t really that amped to eat my leftovers. The remaining dishes were also unremarkable. There were no lights in our eyes as we ate, but no one threw up either. Nevertheless, we were very pleased with our server Josh. He was quite attentive and knew when to interject. Also, we drink a lot of water and were happy with our refills. This restaurant is fine. Not worth a long wait, but due to the extensive menu, a viable option for families that cannot decide what to eat.

There’s nothing extraordinary about their food, but I ordered the macaroni and cheese burger, and I was very pleased with it. In my opinion however, they have far too many options on their menu, which makes it difficult to choose.

This does NOT even deserve 1 star, so it’s unfortunate that I have to even give it that. My husband and I rarely eat out for reasons that will be revealed, but we decided to go out Friday night for a date. When we were seated, the first 2 tables the hostess tried to seat us at, were absolutely disgusting. Crumbs on the tables and the seats and silver wear on the floor under the table. The whole place looked like it had been very poorly cleaned and it’s easy to see how that can happen when there’s a number of employees just standing around. the food was certainly nothing to brag about. flavorless food that needed acid and fresh herbs. I understand that they are considered a «nice» restaurant based on their prices, but this couldn’t be farther from the truth. we will NEVER be back, EVER. $ 73 we wasted that could have been spent at whole foods to buy a nice dinner to prepare at home.

It’s always packed here, but my husband and I came here late on a Sunday night so it wasn’t too bad. Wait time for 2 was about 10 – 15 minutes so at least it was true to what they said it would be. I hate it when they say it’s 30 minutes and it’s more like 45 to an hour. I’d rather them lie and say it would take longer and be called earlier than to be late, but perhaps that’s just me. You’re always welcome to make reservations. Atmosphere: There’s dim lighting, but décor is always extravangant but not too gaudy. It can be loud because of the amount of customers they have. The place has always been clean for me. Service: Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. She came over just enough times to meet our needs without being too overbearing or seem liked she was ignoring us. Food: I’m always a fan of the complimentary bread and butter. Their dishes are definitely big so it’s a good idea to share. My husband and I had the Thai Chili wraps and the shepherd’s pie. The wraps are so good and it’s huge so it can easily be your meal. You get 5 – 6 pieces of lettuce, accompanied with marinated and grilled chicken slices, and you can dress it with pickled cucumbers, thai noodles, carrot slices, and bean sprouts. You also get 3 sauces to choose from; sweet, peanut sauce, and spicy. I sometimes throw it all together. This dish can get messy, but it’s all good. The pie was so comforting to eat on a cold evening. I feel as if the mashed potatoes encase the rest of the ingredients so well that it keeps the dish warm with every bite and everything is so flavorful. I found myself still picking at it even after I was already full. We were too full for cheesecake this time, but perhaps next time. I need to try other foods next time, but that’s what I said the last time that I was here. I can’t stay away from my favorites. Until next time Cheesecake Factory.

I’ve had the beef medallions off their skinny menu twice recently. The last time, the beef was a little too salty but it was still excellent! Portions were just right and I’ll be back. Great customer service(even when it was just me) and the food delivery was timed perfectly. Both times we sat overlooking the pond and I really enjoyed that too.

Hey listen, I have loved Cheesecake Factory for over a decade. The menu is more than extensive and the service is most usually very good. HOWEVER… this last visit I bite into a cheeseburger that had no cheese on it. When I ask the server, she merely takes it back to the kitchen, they slap a crappy old, cold piece of cheese on it, and bring it back half chewed, cold, and ‘tainted looking’. I try not to be overly demanding, but pretty sure the protocol is to leave the food at the table and bring a new, fresh, hot sandwich. After all, it was the restaurant at fault, yes? In the end, they comp’d the sandwich, but nothing else. More importantly, I watched my friends eat and I went home hungry since I didn’t eat the crappy burger. Sorry Cheesecake Factory, D+ this round.

We live in the complex and love the food here! Customer service is excellent and the employees know their menu well! We have ordered just about everything on the menu and know our favorites. The avacado eggrolls are amazing as well as the stuffed mushrooms! I always get the pasta dishes and sometimes the comfort food because they are so savory! The cheese cakes here are a bit expensive but they are so so good! You don’t think it’s going to taste that amazing but it does! The lemon merengue cheesecake is my absolute favorite among all that they have. You should try it if you love lemon merengue pie because it is so spot on in flavor! The service is on point and you never really have an empty glass, and the bread they serve you is always fluffy and warm! Always reserve when you can because waiting is no fun!

Service always late We came in at 5:30 on a Sunday, half the place is empty, tables open on the patio and we had to wait 20 minutes for a table …(short staffed)!!! Then they started seating groups who had higher numbers of people than our group and who came after us, when we complained to the manager he said: on we can’t seat 4 ppl on a table of 5??? What??? We got seated and ordered everything at once, drinks and food … We got drinks 15 minutes later. This has been a habit with Cheesecake Factory . We complained to the manager about this whole thing and we requested the phone number to the corporate office to end up with some cell phone number of apparently another manager at the same location who never returned the call. If it wasn’t for the kids, and hungry after a soccer game… We wouldn’t step a foot again in here.

Went for a late lunch on national cheesecake day. Had the luau salad with almonds instead of macadamia. I really enjoyed the salad. Also tried the oreo cheesecake instead of going with my usual and favorite, white chocolate raspberry truffle. Then service was ok, nothing to write home about. I will give the server credit for warning me about the oreo cheesecake. She said it’s rich and it was.

Opted for some light dinner choices. The Thai lettuce wraps are very good but this time we had more lettuce than chicken. After a quick conversation with the manager problem solved. The Kale salad was very good. Also had both the tomato basil & sausage flatbreads, I recommend the tomato basil… The whiskey smash is made with bulliet bourbon, very good

Our server Quattra was awesome! He was funny, friendly and helpful. Kept our glasses full. Great lunch deals of crusted Romano chicken, fettuccini Alfredo, and Mac and cheese. Their strawberry lemonade is delicious!

I have to say our server was amazing. He was very friendly and had a way of entertaining the boys. If we go back we would definitely ask to sit in his section.(if only I would have got his name) I get overwhelmed when a menu is a book. I have no idea what to order when there are that many choices. I ordered the nachos, bad mistake. They were not good. The menu said it came with salsa and they did not have salsa. It’s kind of hard to each nachos without salsa. The cheese was also gloppy and not evenly melted. My boys got the spaghetti with meatballs and Fettucini Alfredo. They were both pleased. Now, its called the cheesecake factory and that was the amazing part of the meal. We ordered the Tuxedo Cheesecake. It is layered with fudge cake, chocolate cheesecake, and vanilla and chocolate mouse. It was AWESOME!
