This is a really cool experience. The restaurant is run entirely by students. Both the front and back of house. These students get to see other opportunities outside of traditional college education. The food was above average and well prepared. It was served quickly and was very fresh. I had the steak, asparagus and mashed taters. Yummy. A definite recommendation. The price was amazing!

Allen, TX
Blu is a café run by the culinary students at Allen High School, it’s a great way to support the local high school and to have a great inexpensive lunch. Save room for the desserts! AMAZING!!! Can’t believe these are teens back there cooking. Don’t worry, they are highly supervised! ;)
