I lived in this apartment for the last 6 months. They were brand new, and honestly in terms of appearance and amenities it is one of the best apartments I have lived in. The apartment itself is really modern looking with granite counter top, stainless steel kitchen etc. bathrooms are beautiful with nice mirror and lighting. the club house is nice, with the gym bigger than an average apartment gym. Computers for tenant use are usually working fine. Swimming pool is gorgeous to relax by.(and I am not even a swimmer). Of course there may be some minor issues, for eg. I had some ant problem when I moved in which was easily solved by buying ant killing bait. The shower faucet was not installed properly and maintenance was initially lacking on the weekend. Your reserved parking spot occasionally might end up being taken by someone and you will end up having to park far. BUTOVERALL this are all minor. If you have lived in an apartment before, you know that almost every apartment complex has some minor issues. The apartment office staff is VERY friendly and polite, and all though sometimes it may take a while to get your point across, usually they end up meeting all reasonable demands. I had to break(relet) my lease, as my jobs switched and I had to move to a different state and even this was pretty easy. Over all my experience was very positive and highly recommend considering this apartment complex for your dwelling.

Twin Creeks Crossing Donna Rodriguez in the last week Living in Twin Creeks Crossing has been the worst experience of my life!!! We had sewage water leaking into our apartment since it had been built. We finally discovered it when my husband stepped into it with a white sock on. We were lied to and told that it was not sewage water. The City of Allen and several others verified what we already knew to be true. We have sent countless emails, phone calls and even went to the office several times only to be ignored. We still were having horrible allergies and the stench was not tolerable to live in after they said they cleaned it. I vented my concerns to Shayna Carroll the manager numerous times because of my concern for the infant baby upstairs. I wanted them to recheck everything because the smell and side effects were still the same. She passed me off the the Regional Manager of CF Lane, Hilary Andel. Again nothing was ever done. We have reached out to the CF Lane Corporation too. They agreed to call us but of course never did. Living here has been a nightmare with more than one request on many different issues ignored! We have been lied to, promised many things never delivered. They have offered to let us out of our lease. We only moved into this nightmare in July. The cost of moving are expensive. They do not care because they are moving people in right and left. People are moving in w the excitement of a new apartment, for us it was downsizing and relieving ourselves of the responsibilities that come with a house. Our dream has turned into a nightmare. These are the words emailed to me from Hilary Andel to let us know of their generous offer to let us out of the lease. Good Morning Donna, We are sorry that you are unhappy here. Twin Creeks is willing to release you from your lease at this time so that you may find peace and comfort at a new home. Seriously, this is coming from an apartment that has leaked sewage waste into our apartment and our lives. I think that explains exactly the type of people that TCC and and CF Lane are and the way they treat their tenants. Sad and disheartening.
