I was actually referred to this location by an employee that worked at Movado across the street. This location features many different brands such as Fossil, Michael Kors and a host of other brands that are reasonably priced.
One particular service that I greatly appreciated was of the warranty work process. Quite simple of the salesperson to have my mailing address + email address filled out to send my Relic watch out to their repair facility (in New Jersey, I think) to be fixed. The warranty stipulated that the watch was purchased within a 2-​year period. Altogether, I received my watch via UPS at home within 10 business days at a price of only $ 8.50 for postage.
While the spaces between the merchandise and area for browsing is quite tight (especially on the weekends), the customer service is quite good. I would highly recommend going to this location within the Allen outlets as opposed to a jeweler.
