I went in specifically looking for a black, leather, peep toe pump. The store had no other customers, and neither of the two male sales associates seemed too concerned with helping. I found my size, tried them on, walked out a happy customer. Since it was buy one, get one half off, I felt obligated to find something else I liked to get the sale. Wore the pumps for the first time a week later. I had only been at work about 20 minutes and realized something was wrong. When I got back to my desk for inspection, uh oh, the heel was coming off! I could see some huge nail. My husband had to bring me another pair of shoes to wear all day. Immediately called the store when they opened; sales associate said I could bring them back for an exchange. Hmmm… what if I didn’t want another pair? Went back this weekend, store was super busy(Labor Day weekend). A different sales associate was very friendly, helpful, and apologetic. She had another associate find a new pair in my size and quickly processed the exchange. Once again, I walked out a happy customer! Hoping this pair is problem free, as I’ve never had this happen before.
