Rack Room Shoe

Good prices! Always in style… Can’t beat BOGO ;) I don’t use the reward program but it seems like it could be very beneficial. I don’t live near or I would totally hop on board! I like that they keep small sizes in stock. I can find a guy’s shoe in my size or a kids shoe in my size hehehe

Not the greatest selection (I mean, compared to someplace like DSW), but the salespeople are friendly, the store is always busy but remains relatively clean, and they have many sizes available. Conveniently located within the Allen Outlets.

I was at the Allen Outlet mall just to get a pair of dress shoes and I ran across this store. I went inside and was greeted right away. The lady, who I believe was the assistant manager asked me what I was looking for and directed me to Jacob who was able to assist me in the men’s department. Jacob was very friendly and definitely helped me pick out the right shoe. There was a sale going on and I ended up buying a new pair of running shoes as well! The girl at the register, Darby I believe is her name, was SOOOOOO helpful and kind as she was processing my check out. Jacob ended up coming up to the register to keep talking with me and just grabbed my new dress shoes and shined them for me! Now THAT is outstanding customer service I have never experienced before. I will only be buying my shoes from Rack Room now! Great experience, a must visit place! The reason I chose moderate on the price because they have a variety of shoes and if you want an expensive shoe then they have those as well.
