Their calzones are packed with delicious cheese and meat! Their prices are reasonable, and the only wait is just for them to warm back up your order in the oven for a couple minutes. In all, it is very good. My only criticism is the lack of posted prices for drinks. Parking Tip: Avoid the terrible traffic and parking lot by parking in back(north of the mall) and walk in and out through a back entrance. Coming from north(McKinney), turn right at the very earliest into the back of the mall. Coming from the south or from Stacy road, pass up all the south entrances, turn right and go beyond the obvious west entrance to turn in at the back.

Great pizza and they are super nice! Got a whole pie for the family, and a large was enough for our family of five.

The best pizza in town, certainly underrated coz they’re in a malls food court… but this place cranks out some seriously amazing pop Italian food… freshness guaranteed and the staff is super friendly! The sauce is perfect, ill buy it if they bottle it up… its all made there everyday from scratch!

I have been eating here for years. Drive from Dallas and often order a whole pizza. I always get the spinach mushroom pizza but know I should try other things. Now that I am 15 minutes away we will be eating here all the time. Ignore the food court environment and other vendors. This place is amazing. Best pizza in Dallas.

Ok, so you don’t expect to find the ‘BESTPIZZASLICEINDFW’ in an unspectacular mall food court… Do you?! This place is sensational… New York style pizza by the slice at its best… I have yet to find anywhere in the Dallas area that does proper NY pizza, this place is awesome. A destination pizza joint!

I’ve been eating at this family owned great Italian eatery for years! The staff and owners are incredibly nice and ALWAYS is kind and helpful. My husband is addicted to their Lasagna and cheesy bread. I love everything from their strombolis, pizzas and spaghettis. Price is very reasonable!!! Love this place :)

Had a late dinner here with my family and the food was outstanding! This culinary oasis is camouflaged in the food court for the Allen Outlet Mall. We chose a variety of meals and all were excellent. The chicken fetucini was a generous portion, the pizza slices are large, but more importantly tasty. Calzones and strombolis contain ample ingredients and even the spaghetti is cooked fresh on order. All are served piping hot and the the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their offerings. The food is on par with any fine Italian restaurant but the price is in the fast-food range. What are you waiting for? Get to Italia Express and eat like a king for next to nothing!

Unassumingly tucked inside the food court of a bustling outlet shopping mall, Italia Express is good enough to warrant a Unilocal review. The owners of the store are polite and always so accommodating and courteous — usually the brothers of the family owned joint are standing behind the counter but sometimes you see mom or dad. They ask you for what you would like from a wide selection of calzones, strombolis, cheese/garlic breads, etc., and my favorite part — they pop their creations back into the oven to toast and warm them before they serve them up to you! Best part of Italia Express that sets it apart from other Italian places in the area is the fact that they DON’T overdose their food with salt. This makes all the difference because I don’t feel nearly as greasy, gross, and guilty after finishing a meal. My favorites from them are their cheese breads and spinach calzone, which includes at least two different types of cheese and fresh-tasting spinach. Depending on what you order, they also give you marinara dipping sauce that is light yet flavorful enough you could drink it! Probably the only place in a mall I’d ever write a Unilocal review for, check this place out!

Are you kidding me?! This is the BESTPIZZAINTEXAS! I’m completely serious when I say my family and I go to the Allen outlet mall JUST so we can eat the Italia Express pizza! This might be the best kept secret in north Texas, I kid you not. The family who own this establishment are some of the nicest, most friendly people we’ve ever met. Customer service is outstanding! How these guys don’t have their own stand-alone chain of pizzerias across the US is a complete mystery to me. OUTSTANDINGFOOD, EXCELLENTSERVICE. Do yourself a favor and just try their pizza — see if it doesn’t become your favorite after just a bite or two!

I haven’t reviewed this place yet? My best Italian eatery period. My absolute favorite place for pizza(thin crust w/perfect chewy texture inside), spaghetti w/meatball(very addictive marinara sauce and a side of garlic bread, which is again perfect texture and taste), and chicken Alfredo fettuccini(they probably added some drug in it to make people addicted to it…) Like other reviewer said, I, too come up here just to get their food. I don’t like their fountain drinks for tap water taste, but that shouldn’t let you hesitate. If I have an option for 10stars, they will get it. HIGHLYRECOMMENDTHISPLACE!!!
