Pizza Hut

Waited over an hour for pizza to show up, called the store to find out that they cancelled our order. Manager Britany told us that her driver said we were not home! No one came to door when he knocked. We were home and in the den off the foyer to the front door and no one in my home heard a knocking at the door. Why did he not ring the doorbell? Or knock louder? He must have heard our tv. Did he really think no one is home? So been ordering pizza and other delivery food for ten years at this address with not one problem until now and I will never order from them again.

I ordered Pizza for my kid here, it delivered to my home on time. And the person who delivered was very friendly and delivered the pizza with a smile. And more over my kid liked the pizza and he said its very delicious… Nice.
So I will order more from this Pizza Hut…

I order pizza from this location at least once a week and to my amazement they’re always there in 20 minutes or less with a smile on their face. Whenever I go in there the staff is always very friendly and the drivers are always very professional not to mention my pizza always arrives perfect. I think this location managed to assemble a very good team that works together.

They were very friendly while ordering over the phone. Pizza was delicious too! Nice to see improvement! :-)

It’s a Pizza Hut. What do you expect? Their pizza tastes the same as every other pizza hut location I’ve ever been to.
This particular location does delivery and takeout only. There are no tables. The place is run by a bunch of teenagers who are goofing off and barely working. Don’t expect to be greeted at the door and eye contact won’t necessarily get one of them to come help you. You might have to call out to get their attention.
As far as delivery goes. it can be hit or miss. I’ve had pizzas delivered in 20 minutes and in that horrible ice storm… but I’ve also had them screw up the order a couple of times and take forever. Their delivery does seem to be a little bit better than their carryout, surprisingly enough.
The last time I was there, they totally screwed me over with the ordering. I called to place my order because they’d just changed their mobile website again and I didn’t want to fuss around trying to learn the new system. So I ordered over the phone. When I get there… my single medium pizza is like $ 20. They have an online coupon for that same pizza to be $ 10. But you have to order online to get that coupon. The girl would NOT give me that discount. Are you kidding me? Honor your damn coupons guys. Especially when you change your stupid website every year to some new and horribly broken site that people don’t want to learn how to use.
Ugh. I pretty much always regret ordering from Pizza Hut but since nothing else delivers up this way… sometimes you’re stuck with it.

Waited over 2 hours for a simple order just for me to call them and find out that they «tried to call and tell me that my card was declined» but they only had time to call once. And they were only gonna give me $ 5 off for the inconvenience… Seriously? Not the kind of place to take ownership for there mistakes, just a heads up.

Pizza Hut isnt usually at the top of my Pizza list in Allen. Usually I order from Napolis or Crazy Tomato. That said, I was really craving a stuffed chz pizza tonight. I ordered ½ with pep, japs, and mushrooms and the other ½ with extra chz. (I meant to take a pic. but unfortunately my son grabbed a couple of slices before I could snap a shot). The pizza was cooked ok. but the toppings were very scarce. On top of that, When I went to this stacey location to pick it up. The cashier looked in the «hot box» when I got there, said it wasn’t there and then literally disappeared in the back for a good 15 minutes. I saw another guy put my pizza in the hot box. but couldn’t get anyone’s attention to get it out of the box and give it to me… very frustrating that I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my pizza solely because «The Cashier» wasn’t upfront like she was supposed to be. That very poor customer service combined with the skimpy toppings «sprinkled’ on top of my pizza. is enough for me to say. this place (and chain) is far down on my list of Pizza places to visit again.
