This is my first review ever and Im not saying they don’t have good stuff, I think their jeans have great quality, but their customer service is fucked up! I bought 200 dls of 2 pairs of jeans, a couple shirts and leggings but my leggings had a hole which I honestly didn’t noticed «in time». When I got to my place I removed the tags off my purchases and placed them in my closet just like everybody does. next ting I know Im driving back the next day to return my 40 dl leggings but of course they didn’t let me do that since the tag was off (even tho 24 hrs were not even completed after my purchase and I had my receipt) and I actually get it! but I told the manager in turn that 1^st of all they were ripped out in the middle and they were too big for me so I actually wanted to exchange them for the next smaller size (its not like I did it if they are too big for me. Shit) and then I said that somebody else must have done that in the fitting room. According to the manager they do verify their clothes anytime they get it back from the fitting room and thats not true guys. Not only because of the leggings but I also tried on this jeans that are originally ripped out but the ones that I specifically tried on had bigger holes (and I only noticed because I grabbed different sizes to determine my size). I was so upset at her response that I even went back a couple minutes after being being told that I couldn’t return them back and mentioned those jeans just for the record (since they check EVERYTHING). The lady only said oh ok– I mean you welcome? –I just reported a ripped out– in store-​jeans, including the specific type and size. She didn’t give a fuck.

Don’t even waste your time coming in here. The quality of the clothing has gone way downhill and still expensive. I came in for jeans and unfortunately I encountered the rudest sales girl in my life. I manage a retail store and it blows my mind that they treat customers so poorly. She counted my 4 jeans and I went into the dressing room. I had tight clothes on and no bags with me. She immediately started pounding on the door yelling rudely because my mom came in the room to see things as I tried them. I understand they have a store policy so I told her I was mid change and to let me get my clothes back on. She yelled saying I had to open the door while I was changing and she continues to pound and yell non stop like it was a drug raid or something. She was making a scene and was treating me like a criminal. Mind you, I had only been in the room for less than a minute with all this going on. I let my mom out but her insane behavior continued the whole time, I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Never come here it’s not worth being treated like crap when you’re just an honest customer.
