Merrell

I Just had a wonderful experience at this store. There were tons of shoe choices that catered to my specific foot needs and a decent amount of those choices on clearance! Some of them over half the price you would find online on in other stores.
I also have to compliment the staff for being extremely helpful, knowledgable, attentive and polite.
I will totally be back!

I normally buy Merrell shoes direct from the website. I have been wearing them for years. We were actually at this location looking for a pair of walking shoes for my wife. She found a pair that she loved, and they were running a buy one get one for 50% off sale. I found a pair for myself, because… why not. The price of the shoes I bought was already marked down from the website (as many of the shoes here are), and then to get it for ½ price was a deal I couldn’t pass up. The only problem with this location is finding the size you are looking for in the style that you want. Sometimes it feels like you are compromising to the on hand stock. Wide selection is especially an issue.

Absolutely no customer service. The manager used such a pretentious tone with us. I understand the purpose of running a business is to increase profits. However beware when you purchase an item at this store. They are not upfront about the exchange process. They will tell you to pay today’s marked price for an item if you originally purchased it for less. Therefore you would have to make up the difference. I feel like they were just trying to rip us off.

The staff here is super sweet and incredibly helpful. I had heard through the grapevine that Merrell has really comfortable, really reliable shoes for walking and running and since I’m trying to exercise I figured I should get new shoes.
When I went in it was apparent I was lost and confused and one of the ladies working immediately came up and started asking me what I might need. Then she had me step on this mat which maps your foot and identifies if you high different needs for arch support, etc. I had a normal foot (YAY!) and so we looked at different styles.
Not only were the shoes super comfy, but very affordable because they’re at the outlet mall. I can’t wait to go back and get shoes for the hubby!
