I’ve really come to like Which Wich. Mostly because I can get a Kid’s Meal for my son and I, which includes a pb&j or grilled cheese sandwich(there are a couple more options, but these are our go-to), drink & mini rice krispy treat for $ 3.95! It’s perfect for both of us. Sometimes I also order the Project PB&J, which sends a PB&J to the troops with each one I order. My other favorite, pre pregnancy was the Thank You Turkey a.k.a Thanksgiving leftover sandwich — turkey, stuffing & cranberry sauce on toasted bread of your choice. I’ve discovered that each Which Wich does things slightly different, so I make sure to designate my requests on my bag, for example: some toast their pb&j and some don’t, so I simply write«not toasted» on my bag. Some overly toast the bread for kids so I write«lightly toasted» on my son’s bag. The one thing each has in common is the employees are kind, helpful and patient. I offered 4 stars instead of 5, because it does take a little longer than other food options. With so many customization and sandwich options it makes sense.

Sandwiches were on point. We walked in right before closing time and the guys were still very friendly and nice and the manger Joey made sure our sandwiches came out perfect. I will definitely be coming. They seriously have the best buffalo chicken sandwich

I’ve only tried Which Wich once in Austin some years ago. Don’t remember the sandwiches being very memorable but I thought I give it another try since I was in the area. I ordered a tuna and turkey/stuffing sandwiches for the BF and I. Though there was only 3 customers ahead of me, the food came out pretty slow. Very disappointed in the turkey/stuffing sandwich. There was no stuffing whatsoever and it was literally a salt bomb. I only ate half and had to throw the rest away. Though I request salt/pepper on my sandwich I didn’t mean drown my sandwich in it. BF complained his tuna was pretty salty and he didn’t request any salt/pepper like I did. Not worth the $ 20 with chips and a drink!

Love this place. We get the skinny wich hot. Love the shakes here but they are too fattening. Service is always super.

Repeating what most reviews have to say– service is slow slow slow. Hardly anybody around and it’s taking forever to get a simple sandwich. Food is fine as is the case in every other witch which. Hope management takes notice and finds a way to hire and train the right folks and I hope this place stays in business. I meanwhile will continue to smile and take a deep breath :-). And if management cares for KPIs. A chicken sandwich took 25 mins.

My first time coming to this place everyone at work told me it was great, First of all i stood in line for 3 min waiting to be served, a new employee on her break had to show me what to do the girl messed up my order she put artichokes in my sandwich yuck i hate them iv would never put them on a sandwich, it was soggy and nasty. I wasted my money and i could of gone to Sub Way… bad experience for your first time will never return.

Sunday lunch, Which Wich was full but not packed. If you don’t know the concept, they have a wall of little brown paper bags with writing printed on them when you enter. You select your sandwich group’s bad, then grab a red sharpie and mark off all the options you want on your ‘wich. There’s a separate little piece of paper to mark down cookies or milkshakes. Grab chips if you want ‘em and head to the cashier. It was clear our cashier was new and perhaps still in training, as a more experienced employee stood nearby for the assist when necessary. It was maybe a little slow getting through the line but not too bad. They put the bag you marked up on a hook and slide it on down the line to be made. We sat outside and waited. When it seemed like it had been a little too long to make a sandwich, I went inside. They were calling my name as I walked up, but I had to wait another couple minutes to grab my boyfriend’s sandwich. I ordered the egg salad, with lots of fixings, which was delicious. I got the large and was not able to finish it. I should have skipped the chips. I can’t comment on his sandwich because I didn’t try it, but I heard no complaints. We had ordered 2 peanut butter cookies but they heat them up and we wanted to pick them up after we finished our sandwiches. I went back to the cashier and let her know I wanted our cookies. I then asked if I was going to be put behind the 10 or so sandwiches up on the line. I was told no, but it took way too long to heat up my cookies. And then, they were pretty raw/doughy when I did get them. They were still delicious though. We’ll be back once and a while when the mood strikes!

They need yo get their act together, when two sandwiches are ordered together, they should come out together. Instead I got mine and 6 people later my husband got his, no apologies! Bad customer service!

I saw the gal making a sandwich with no gloves. When I asked, the guy said that they use gloves. Then the guy turned to the girl making the sandwich and said, «for this sandwich, use gloves». Update: Manager called me same day, said sorry and said he would give a free sandwich and take care of problem. From 1 star to 3.

Nice variety of sub sandwiches. Used to come here until I noticed that the food upset my digestive system on multiple occasions. Suspect that some of the ingredients they used were too old.

Hadn’t been to a WW in a while. Went today and was blown away by the quality. Seemed like they had more sandwich meat choices as well as more toppings. Shared a large sandwich with my dad and it was great.

it’s nice to be able to customize the ingredients you want in your sandwich. some people may ask, why pay extra when I can just go subway, the answer is simple… more options, better tasting, and more meat. it’s far more fulfilling than subway, and probably double the calories, but heck, you are eating out, so forget counting, and just enjoy.

Great Sandwich. Love the variety they have for vegetarians. I have tried the Hummus, Blackbean and Caprese. and all of them are very tasty. If you like it spicy, make sure to mark some Hot peppers while placing the order. This location is a little tricky to find for the first time.

Good sandwich but not alot of meat. Took quite a while to get our order also even though we were second person in line at an off time. In the end, good flavor(I got a corned beef), but I would order double meat so you could taste! Nice crusty roll, good ability it customize, but choices could be daunting if you are used to just ordering a sandwich(system works that you pick a bag based on type of meat you like & check a bunch of preferences fir cheese/condiments, & stuff like onions/lettuce/tomato fixers. Bottom line…, good Sammy, little bit of a wait, also a little pricey but fresh!

I think I could have just about written John and Ruben’s reviews based on my visit. :) I visited around 2:30 in the afternoon, so there were no crowds. The concept is kind of cool with the«self serve ordering», and the limited extras seems to follow the lead of Five Guys/Mooyah etc. I selected a reuben sandwich with no extras on wheat bread. What I got was, well, a sandwich that seems to resemble a reuben in some ways, almost as if someone from a New York deli had described it to a Martian who then described it to the people in the restaurant. Yeah, it had corned beef, swiss cheese, kraut and thousand island. It didn’t have much of any of them, and the ingredients were fairly pedestrian in quality. I don’t think a New Yorker would recognize this as a reuben. Maybe I just picked a bad sandwich and/or had my expectations set too high. I might try it again, but as others said, the sandwich is small and not a great value, and there’s not really a whole lot else to go there for. As an FYI for any locals that want to experience a great deli sandwich, try Deli News in north Dallas on Preston at Campbell. I know that’s rude to include a pitch for another restaurant in a review, but geography would keep these two from competing much.

Let me say that this is the first time I ever eat here. It’s a interesting concept in that you enter inside, grab and bag and write down what you want on your sandwich and pay. The sandwiches or ok, taste like any sandwich you would get anywhere else. The do have a great selection of sandwiches though which is a plus. Lacking in the drink department thought.
