Worst location ever employee does not speak English you ask for dry rub she gives you wings uncooked with barbecue sauce on it I told her I want dry rub she takes a napkin and wipes barbecue off the wings and gives it back to me they need to fix this place up quick and fries are always soggy and soft and cold

Terrible service. I never thought it would take exactly 50 minutes to get my order. The tables and the bathroom is dirty as well.

I guess the management does not know how to cater to dine in customers. Tried to have some wings with my son and said it would be a 45 minute wait. I understand there are to go orders waiting but when people want to actually done in you should be able to accommodate your regular walk in customer. Especially since the whole dining area was EMPTY. Needless to say we went to Pluckers down the street and waiting about ten minutes to sit down in a packed restaurant that caters to both dine in and carry out.

Horrible service, dirty table and takes forever to get your food. Last time I’ll come here.

Every time I come here and dine in, I end up waiting a lot longer than the time they tell me. I waited almost 35 – 40 minutes last time I came in. They told me it would be ready in 20 minutes and it didn’t seem that busy since it was around 10:30 pm on a weekday. I’m giving this three stars because Wingstop still tasty good

Wingstop sells one entrée item — chicken wings. To stay in business, they have to make great wings and they do. How do they make great wings? Let me count the ways. First, I want most of the fat to be rendered out of the wings. There should be enough fat left in the wings to help make them moist and add to the flavor. It’s a delicate balance. Too much fat in the wings and more of the wing goes into your napkin than into your mouth. Too little fat and the wings will be dry and chewy. Wingstop does a great job of hitting the sweet spot on the amount of fat in the wings. When cooked their wings are moist and tasty.
Second, I want my wings to be hot when they arrive on my table top. Wingstop doesn’t start making your wings until you order them. The counter person will tell you how long it will take for your order to be ready based on the capacity of the fryers and other orders that are already in progress. Based on my experience, that’s usually about seventeen minutes. When my order was ready, the wings were crispy hot with visible steam rising.
Third, I like there to be a variety of flavors available for order. I almost always order the Original Hot. But, when I visit with friends and family, they have other tastes. My daughter, Dana, likes the Atomic Hot Wings. My friend, Patty, likes the Lemon Pepper or Teriyaki flavors. There are currently twelve different flavor varieties from which to choose in either boneless or bone in wings. Depending on the number of wings one orders, you can get more than one flavor with your order.
Fourth, I want the sides to be good. Wingstop does sides well. The premier side is the fresh cut French Fries. Made to order and seasoned well with salt and sugar, the fries are hot and tasty. Carrot and celery sticks are also available along with cole slaw, baked beans, and potato salad. One can buy some freshly baked rolls if you want more of a Sunday meal instead of a quick snack.
Finally, If you want your wings ready sooner than seventeen minutes, you can phone ahead to the restaurant location to give them your order. You can also order online. if you’re throwing a big party, you can order wings by the dozens or by the hundreds and arrange a convenient pick up time.
Wingstop does chicken wings right. If you like wings, this is the place to go. If you don’t like wings, it’s probably because you haven’t had the great wings that Wingstop makes for you.

At this location, the service is always slow and the fries never have any of the typical seasoning. Even if you specifically order extra seasoning, the fries come bland. I’ve put up with it bc the wings are usually still good across the board at any Wing Stop. However, in the past few months, my order had been messed up at least 4 – 5 times. Tonight, I called in an order and went over it 3 times and they still managed to mess it up. When I stared at the counter girl and asked if she was serious bc we went over this 3 times on the phone, she didn’t offer any apology or try to do anything to help fix the situation. I created a Unilocal account specifically to complain about the service at this location.

Most horrible Horrible customer service I’ve ever had and to top it off it was with the manager of the restaurant or it may just have been the head cashier she was Hispanic with an accent kind of tomboyish I think her name was Julie I may be wrong but I read other complaints about her on Google reviews. I placed my order online at 10:50 am. 10 minutes before they opened but the website made it clear that we could still order, my order was supposed to be ready at 1 o’clock but when I arrived they said that they never received an order for me I gave her my name and as soon as she looked it up in the system I received the confirmation email so I believe its not that they didn’t receive it she just forgot to look up the orders that came in before they opened. instead of it being ready at 1 it was not until 1:20 that I got my food and I was on my lunch break I was supposed to be back at work by 1:45. She never apologized she just said that the order would be out shortly she didn’t offer anything as a courtesy like most managers would when there is a error in somebody’s order. Before I left I asked her for an extra ranch and she wanted to charge me $ 0.90 for it I told her if it wasn’t free then I didn’t want it I started to explain to her that they had messed up on my order so I feel as a courtesy she could have just given it to me she cut me off and said that she didn’t want to hear what I had to say she kept saying it over and over I don’t want to hear you I don’t want to listen to you here just take it so she gave me the ranch and I told her that her customer service skills were very poor and she waved her hand in the air telling me to just leave! I hope Wingstop retrains this so-​called manager because it’s not a good look for them she acted this way in front of the two employees that were there with her and there were customers eating at the table all quietly watching her act this way I hope the the owner or district manager finds out about this.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered wings online and was given a 30 minute wait time. I showed up when I was told the wings would be ready and they hadn’t even started making them. The young white lady at the front said it would be another hour! I asked her what happened and she tried to tell me they just received the order, at this time I then showed her my email confirmation that the store received the order and the email letting me know it would take 30 minutes. I asked her what they could do for my inconvenience and she said nothing. I left and came back in an hour and she swiped my card, so I asked her if she thought it was right that I pay full price for an order that was an hour delayed and she said sorry but nothing I can do. Unbelievable. I asked for a manager and she points at the wall and says call that number, no remorse whatsoever. Never going to this location again. Troy would be disgusted.

VERY SLOW service. Used the app to place an order, arrived and there is 15 people waiting on orders, every table is trashed, and only 3 guys working, filling one order at a time…45 min later, I finally got my order! That was a hot mess! So ridiculous!

The garlic wings were good. I could tell I got the bottom of the bag of fries. All small pieces. Everything was pretty tastes though. It does irritate me when corporations decide to nickel and dime you. I spent 10.99 for an eight piece combo. I asked for the two slivers of carrots you get at other places with wings. Oh sir that is extra?

If you are drunk and managed not to eat any good food wherever you were, this might be the place for you to nourish before you become hungover.
If you are homeless and haven’t had hot food in a minute, this might also be your joint; however, if you have ever eaten a decent fried chicken wing, you will be sorely disappointed here. How do you watch someone take wings from the fryer basket, sauce and box them and five minutes later, they taste like they were made yesterday?
The Korean BBQ flavor has potential, but the sauce is thick and cloying. The original hot are OK in a very generic way – been there, done that.
What seasoning mix do they bathe the fries in? I had a mix of cold and hot fries in my order and I could’ve enjoyed them if they hadn’t been doused with a lemon pepper/Lawry’s like seasoning mixture. Stop already – get the fries naked and hot if you can – you’ll be grateful.
Perhaps the best part of this adventure was the Bleu cheese dip — garlicky and full of bits of Bleu cheese; this was a pleasant surprise and the best part of the meal.

Three times I’ve ordered online here and not once has it been ready at the advertised time. Tonight 30 minutes after the advertised time I was told it would be another 20 minutes. Ridiculous.

Very good and fast. Had no problems, even though they were busy. Promised 7 minutes and delivered right on time.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I took my kids on a Sunday evening to order some food to go, mind you it was only a small 24 pack. They said it would take 30 minutes due to high orders and we were totally OK with that. After waiting for 30 minutes we went back to ask how much longer and they’s apologized and said it would be 20 more minutes and we said OK that’s fine. We ended up waiting a total of an hour and a half!!! There was a cowboy game that started at 7 o’clock so I guess orders were crazy. That’s fine I can understand that but do not tell somebody it’s going to be a 30 minute wait when it ends up being an hour and a half and the wings and fries were not worth the wait.

Ordered online, they gave a time it would be ready and I showed up right on time when they were closing up the bag. Excellent chicken both boneless and wings, great portions led to a very full and satisfied belly.

Absolutely terrible!!! Hardly any sauce at all on them, and the wings are super tiny with hardly any meat on the bones! Will not be back here. Ever.

I love the sixty-​cent boneless deal on mon and tue but at this location you have to buy ten to get the price. Chicken prices are going up everywhere so maybe that’s not a super big deal. And my ten boneless wings were tasty as ever. Not impressed though, when I walk in and half the tables are full, so they’re not too busy. And the other half are dirty, not like somebody missed a spot, but like trash on every table. And the whole time I was there, over half an hour, nothing changed. I know that take out is the main deal, but if you’re going to have tables you need to give them some attention. Unless you just want to make sure that everyone understands that you don’t care.

My boyfriend and I always eat here. But on two different occasions we complained about our fries being overcooked and asked if we can get fresh ones. Both times they gave my boyfriend an attitude. I like this place, but they really need to check their attitudes !! No need to be rude just because we paid for something and want it to be cooked right.

Guys stopped by this Wingstop on the way from home. Hoping that this location would redeem itself. It did not, I called in the order and politely asked them not to overcook it. These wings were not edible with little sauce. The wings were so dry I threw 18 wings away and only ate two. Complete waste of my money, very disappointing, these commercials are misleading guys. These guys really need to reset the timer on the fryers and opt for a better wing. I was not impressed, maybe you will be…
