Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant. The only reason I go back is because it’s convenient. But I’m always disappointed. Frequently the order is wrong or it will take 20 minutes to cook the chicken breast I want. Today they got the order wrong, the drink machine was out of order(apparently for the entire evening), the chicken was a dried, shriveled piece of meat and the potato wedges were overcooked & greasy. And the order taker was overcharging me by 50%!!

I know it’s fast food and we should probably just be happy with getting food that does not cause some sort of food poisoning but I am different. I expect good service, food on the menu to be available, cleanliness, and a management team that takes pride in their establishment. This is the 2nd time I have gone through the drive through at the Allen location in the past 6 months. On the first occasion my order was wrong after having paid extra for 2 breasts instead of 1 and 1 wing. I just chalked it up as my bad for not checking my order before driving off and heading back across Allen. I know, silly me for expecting my order to be correct. Tonight on occasion 2, I again drove through the drive through and placed my order at the window since their intercom/speaker box was not working. After placing my order, paying, and waiting an additional 5 minutes I was told that they had run out of grilled chicken breasts. They were a little reluctant to refund my money and instead offered me fried breasts or grilled thighs… What? Just give me my money back… This is a poor management situation. A chicken place should never run out of any type of chicken on a regular Wednesday afternoon. I’m done with KFC as I do not have time to call ahead and make sure they have menu items before actually making a trip to the restaurant.

Incredibly slow. Asked for butter and honey TWICE. No butter, honey or napkins. Check and recheck the order.

I have never gone in for chicken, but the drive-thru window to pick-up dinner has always been fast. They have only been out of my selection once, but it was at a high peek time. Would definetly go back!

I went back for a quick lunch and was suprised to see such friendly people I got one of the $ 1.99 meals to go — nice and hot when I got home. It was the chicken fried steak — i had no plans for that when i walked in the door either. Food was good. Staff was nice, friendly and attentive.

The cashier was very nice and we got our food fast. But we also went at 9pm and we got it fast because it was just warmed up stuff that had been sitting there. We ordered a 2 pc meal with 2 sides and a 6pc tender. It was to go and when we got home(2 min away from place) the tenders were not hot and dry. The meal had good sides but they gave my husband a back pice and a wing. We didn’t even know what the wing was it was rolled in a ball and my husband could not even eat it. The back was mostly fat. Will not be going back any time soon.

Horrible horrible service. This place has been around for a while, and has consistently offered the poorest service. A bunch of unprofessional people walking around more focused on goofing off than actually doing their job and filling the orders correctly. I would recommend just avoiding this place. It needs to close.

Service is horrible! And they are always out of everything. They don’t offer alternatives because they’re typically out of that too. You want 20 wings? «well we only have nine” — -silence. It’s a shame too because I love those fiery hot wings. Good thing I’m moving closer to a different location.
