For the past several years, I have had a horrible experience dealing with my tenants without a property management company. Frankly, I saw the whole «property management» thing as a scam. Last year I decided to take the plunge and hire Access to manage my property. They quickly changed my mind. The people at Access proceeded to go out of their way to deal with a very bad situation with a former tenant, and into a promising situation with new occupants. I am very pleased with my decision to hand over the keys to Access and I don’t hesitate to give them my full recommendation. You won’t be disappointed!
