Always treated well and service is excellent. Kathy does my hair and I am always pleased. I have had massages and waxing here and again everyone does god work and is friendly.

I come to Lush to do my hair and am always pleased with the service. Barry is an excellent hair dresser and he knows how to treat my hair. I had keratin treatment for over 2 years now and my hair is completely different, it is shiny and healthy and I don’t have to spend 30 minutes every morning any more. Alek, the hair care line they distribute, is excellent. I like Boost since it gives more body to my hair, I use Velvet, Daymaker and the Gold Babamanu Oil in a daily basis, the scents are all nice and fresh.

I’m hoping things are going to improve with this new location. I’ve been a loyal and frequent client of Lush since it opened in Ramsey I don’t know how many years ago… 12? As far as their staff, they are second to none, with special shout-outs for Kasia in the nail department and Jana in facials/waxing. I can’t fault these fantastic women at all — they are the best in the business, hands down. What set Lush apart WAS the ambiance of the old location, all of which is lacking in the new location. There is nothing Lush here, for anything other than hair clients, which is sort of funny, considering that there were at least 9 hair stations set up, with one in use on my visit yesterday. Way too much space designated for hair, as it was in the old location… the nail and skin departments are way busier(just try to get an appointment with Kasia) and deserved more prestigious accommodations in the new building. I visited yesterday for a wax and was dismayed to be led to what could only be described as a closet. This is not luxury and the way it is set-up, does not warrant the luxury prices Lush charges. The nail area looks no better than any strip mall nail salon. Your nail staff deserves better because they ARE better, and your customers deserve better because we pay a premium. So disappointed… not only is this location more inconvenient for me, it no longer is the serene, spa escape I’ve come to love, over my many, many years of being a client. I will wait and see how things shake out, understanding that not everything is complete. Fingers crossed things will improve.
