I have no idea what the previous reviewer is talking about. I threw a huge New Years Eve party and these guys hit it out of the ball park. They set up my entire house and when some things did not work, they showed up immediately and figured out that my cable modem was faulty. I am a technology geek, so I know that these guys know what they are talking about. Good luck going to Best Buy and getting this type of service and their prices were very competitive. If you want true service and real deep knowledge, go to Talk Of The Town Video. You will not be disappointed.

Over priced, rude, and snippy. Every staff member I worked with was extremely pushy for me to purchase unnecessary equipment. Just go to best buy. Avoid this place if business if possible. Not worth the headache the staff causes. Pretentious a$$ holes.
