Man these subs are the best in town. I recommend the Stromboli melt, which is an amazing toasted sandwich. That or the spicy Italian with NY Spicy cheddar cheese. Can’t forget homemade chips, fried cauliflower, or fried mushrooms. Only thing Is I wish they were open later! Great if you got the munchies!

Always on a search for the area’s best Italian hoagie I thought I’d give Broad St Deli & Grill a try due to a good friends recommendation. Ordered the«Broad Street Special». Ham, capicola, prosciutto, salami, provolone(though not mentioned that provolone is included on menu) and pepperoni. Pepperoni? I usually stay away from Italian hoagies with pepperoni but took a chance. There was a 10 plus minute wait even with 4 employees staffed however the owner was apologetic about the wait mentioning one of their sandwich prep«stations» was down. $ 10.00 for a 13 inch version. Meat was sliced thin but unfortunately not piled as high as I would have liked. Seemed like one, just one, slice of each meat per 6 inches. The pepperoni didn’t overpower the other meats like it sometimes does but next time I felt it would have been better without it. The more the capicola, provolone and ham flavors«pop» the better the hoagie is in my opinion and the salami and prosciutto took away from this. Cold cuts were Dietz and Watson. I’ve never found anything special about Dietz and Watson cold cuts being how they are found in most all local super markets. Roll was fresh and soft but a bit thicker and chewier than I like; not sure if it was Amoroso or not. Toppings were cold and fresh. Oil and vinegar mixture ratio was very light tasting but over-applied. I can’t complain about the value; 13 inches for $ 10, however I would have preferred more meat(or a higher quality brand) versus a longer sandwich(note there is an option to double the meat on the 13 inch sub for 2.99 more). Not the best Italian hoagie in the Lehigh Valley, that has yet to be found, but overall a quality hoagie from a local shop.

Best cheesesteak in the valley, I wouldn’t look towards any other place to satisfy my need for one.

Best local place for cheesesteaks, subs, and even hamburgers. Yum! They make their mayonnaise and my husband and kids love their subs! They are packed with meat(or veggies for the veggie sub), and absolutely delicious. The bread is very fresh and soft. Great place, very nice staff as well.

DON’T ORDER A SALAD. Every Wednesday my company orders lunch. This week we got Broad Street Deli & Grille. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad. The cost is $ 7.29. I was disappointed that the menu did not say what the salad included, so I couldn’t customize my order. For $ 7.29 you get… iceberg lettuce, 2 thin slices of beefsteak tomato, so-so chicken, about 8 small cucumbers, pickles, olives, onions, provolone cheese and about 1CUP of buffalo sauce. Other employees got sandwiches and enjoy them. But if you are like me and trying to eat healthy, you aren’t going to find these options there.
