Food is usually good but it all depends on location. If the location just opens give it a few tries before coming to conclusions every new business deserves a second or even third chance. At least that’s my experience with restaurant chains.

Hubby and I have always been big Chipotle fans (ate entirely too much in college… they even catered our [low budget] wedding). When we moved to the Lehigh Valley almost 10 years ago, you had to drive an hour or more to find one. Then one opened at the LV Mall and Airport Rd, but honestly, neither of those locations wowed me. Slow moving staff, hit or miss food… of course I still went from time to time, but definitely not the once every week or two like we used to.
Then this one opened recently, and I have been there at least 3 or 4 times now. Faster workers, cleaner location, and the food has been spot on every time. Yay Chipotle!
