One of the worst customer service experience we had. There was one teenage guy who used«b» word for one of my friend’s wife just because she accidently dropped her phone and slided to the table on the back. My friend just gave him a look and stared at him and immediately a waiter serving at these bunch of losers jumped in between and yelled at my friend. Even then we didn’t confront either the rude waiter or that loser teenage guy and complained to the manager. We tried to explain to her that waiter over there has no right to take sides and yell at customers without any of the fault. He was indirectly encpurging abusive words by not asking those losers to not use inappropriate language. Manager again tried to just brush aside incident instead of apologising on behalf of her staff. Waiter serving at our table was very courteous but there are always bad apples and when they are caught and does not get removed or treated then it creates lot of issues. I hope someone on management side is reading this and takes appropriate action. Please put effort in teaching customer facing employees basic manners. We don’t come to restaurant and pay to get abused.

Hostess: Bored, «half-there» greeting from hostess. We were not made to feel welcomed. Not a word from them as we all left. Too busy chatting among themselves. Server(s) seemed nice enough, but also«not quite there.» Forgetful, absent minded. Forgot items ordered and never apologized when she was informed about her oversights. Slow to respond to multiple requests. She seemed as if her head was working her«ideal» job, which apparently wasn’t there. Other servers also looked bored… as if they didn’t want to be there. They moved slowly. I saw no smiles. Frankly, they added ZERO to the whole experience. In fact, they detracted. Took 20 minutes to get chips and salsa. Server said, «I’ll get you chips» and had to be reminded 10 minutes later to bring them. Food: This is where it rapidly goes salad was tasteless and missing many ingredients, besides the old and flat iceberg lettuce .Also i had to ask for dressing Management: Crap restaurants equal crap management. They hire poorly, train poorly, supervise poorly and execute poorly.

First time eating at chilis and will be my last if I can help it. I ordered a burger which had onion rings, pickles, lettuce, tomato, bbq sauce, and«chili’s» sauce on it and somehow, with all that stuff, all I tasted was a charred salt flavor. The sweet bbq sauce had a weird chemical aftertaste. The bun was dry and seemed to be from the dollar store. The fries were too salty too. It was like food meant to be preserved for decades to come. This place should be called salty’s. Besides the mediocre-too-salty food(which cost just under $ 12 and caused me to dream of all the delicious burgers I could’ve gotten elsewhere for the same price or less) it took forever to have our order taken and to get the food. And either half the staff was on drugs or possessed by the weird spacey pop music coming out of the walls. Overpriced, junky tasting, wouldn’t go back.

The boneless wings are great. I also recommend the bottomless soup and salad. If I were you I would sign up for their rewards, you usually get a coupon for a free appetizer or free dessert. The desserts are so delicious. I’ve hardly ever had a problem here! My experiences were good.

In the past 2 months I’ve gone to this restaurant twice &BOTH times there was hair in my food. once I get, it happens– but twice just means they are filthy and do not care for the well being of their customers. I also asked for a water because it was taking forever to get my drink & when I went to put my straw in I noticed crumbs inside the cup I hadn’t had a sip from yet. Just down right filthy. I’m so disgusted by this place & will NEVER eat here again.

Made a mistake and stopped in for a bite. Disappointing in the meal. Ordered a cup of Chili and got 2⁄3 of a cup which was not that great. My wife ordered the Quesadilla and salad. Salad was swimming in dressing and was spreading over the plate. Told the waiter who laughed it off as we always dress it that way. After he meal when we expressed our disappointment he notified the manager who came over and commented that it was a lot of dressing but made no amends. There are better choices in a crowded area. Will be a LONG time if we go back.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. At least 3 – 4 tables seated after us, finished their meals before we got our meals. Our fish tacos we fishy, over cooked and hard. Nothing positive to say. Ridiculous for less than mediocre food.

Chilies has really made some much needed improvements. Last night I decided to stop by for dinner. Their new remodeled building is done nicely and the place was very clean. I was immediately greeted by a friendly host and was sat. He didn’t grab menus which at first I found strange but then realized why when we got to the table since they keep them there now. I think keeping the menus on the table is a nice touch, especially if you want to look back at something or to look at a dessert menu. I didn’t really like how the booths were, but that’s just being picky on my part. Our waitress Shannon was outstanding. She was very friendly, outgoing, efficient, and kept on top of everything. I ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta which I thought was fantastic! You get a decent sized portion, and they aren’t skimpy on the shrimp that you get. It had at least probably 10 decent sized shrimp in the pasta. The food itself also tasted very well. I also decided to try their Oreo cake dessert, which I ended up regretting. Normally Oreo desserts are my weakness but this one was disappointing. I received a cake which is half chocolate and half vanilla which tasted dry. The cake wasn’t warmed, which I think would have improved this dessert, but again that’s just being picky. The ice cream on top was just basic and they just sprinkle crushed Oreo pieces on top. Very disappointing and I also think very overpriced, since it was just about $ 8 for that. Overall though, I enjoyed coming here for dinner. Between the improved new building, the great service and the outstanding food, I’ll definitely be returning and I would definitely recommend this place for a nice dinner.

We went there because we were given a gift card. We should have just shred the gift card, it was absolutely horrible. I ordered chili for an appetizer and my wife ordered loaded baked potato soup for hers. Both were meh, but in comparison to our entrees they were spectacular! I ordered chicken fajitas, and the amount of condiments they give you is astoundingly cheap. I bet there were no more than 15 strands of cheese in the little bowl I had, and others were not much more. Of course, no amount of those condiments were going to mask the flavor of the bland frozen chicken breast that was still cold in a few places. I paid an extra .99 for some awfully bland rice and runny black beans. My wife ordered Original Chicken Crispers or something like that. They tasted like greasy chicken mcnuggets that left a horrendous and greasy after taste in your mouth. The unsweetened iced tea was the best part of the meal, and it wasn’t that good as we had to ask for lemon. If you’re thinking of going, do yourself a favor and just don’t. Go down Grape Street, turn left on McArthur Ave, and head East on 22 until you get to airport road. Go to Copperhead Grill instead. You can thank me later.

From the foh to the back, this place is chil’in. I have come here three times in the past 2 weeks and when that happens, that means somethings good — real good. The hosts, servers are exceptionally friendly, courteous and attentive. I couldn’t grasp any evidence of past reviews here that has given this place fallen stars. Servers greet and routine you, without it feeling, erm… routine. I must have had quite a few refills, because they are kind enough to keep watch and offer refills. The food here is consistently good and great deals to go along. They have lunch specials as little as $ 7 for chicken quesadillas that come with soup or salad. They have awesome burgers and a cool kids menu too. I find this place, covers just about everyone and welcomes all. come here for burgers, fries, traditional ribs, shakes, fries, soups and even chili. Great selection of music to match the atmosphere.

So far I am quite dispapointed. Very slow service. I ordered the deep fried pickles and received 6 small slices of pickle. I am not sure if they are serious or if this is a joke. The fries are ice cold… Not coming back to this location.

Ordered the Southwestern Egg Rolls and the Spicy Shrimp Tacos. The Southwestern Egg Rolls were okay. I liked the dipping sauce. I didn’t like the Spicy Shrimp Tacos too much. The sauce was everywhere and dripped all over the plate as I ate. The shrimp were small.

Decent food for this type of restaurant, pretty standard menu. Food was well prepared and tasty, although the service was a little slow. There was a very noisy child at an adjacent table who was continually shrieking loudly, which was so annoying that we eventually called over the mgr. He said they ‘were leaving soon”. Which they didn’t. The only other negative part of our visit came when ordering drinks. For some reason, there are NO prices on the drink menu! Not sure the reason for this, but it’s highly annoying since you don’t know what you’re ordering costs. Maybe that’s the whole idea, but it’s a stupid one. Think we’ll take our business in the future to a restaurant that’s more honest and transparent about their menu pricing.

Please do yourself a favor and go to Olive Garden or Longhorn next door, Boston Market, or even Old Country Buffet(Hogtown, as my children call it) before you subject yourself to this filthy, awful restaurant. We have dined at many Chili’s in many states, and never have I ever seen one so dirty or poorly run. It was new Year’s Day, and my husband wanted one of their burgers. There was no host at the door, and there were 2 – 3 groups of people in front of us waiting to be seated. Eventually, after waiting what seemed liked an extraordinary amount of time, a server finally broke down and seated us all. We were in the area with the tables kind of behind and to the right of the hostess stand. it was forever before our server came to get our drink orders, and we tried to say that we were ready to order, but she just walked away and acted like she didn’t hear us. After we did place our order, she never returned, we were out of drinks(Duh, it’s New Year’s Day, everyone is going to be dehydrated!!!) and no server would even make eye contact with a customer, lest they be asked for something. When we did get our food, everything was dripping in grease-even my grilled chicken salad. The lettuce was all wilted and greasy. It turned my stomach. While we’re eating, a couple of servers come to start their shifts, it appeared, and just stood at the host stand chit-chatting, when a good manager would have put them to work. Then the manager came out of the back and was high-fiving the 2 of them, chatting with them, oblivious to the fact that every single table in the place looked like they were looking around and unhappy. When we got home, I went to the company’s web site and wrote them a very polite description of my visit. I didn’t want anything for free, I just wanted to know that someone was made aware of how disgustingly dirty and how the manager seemed oblivious to the situation. Not even a form letter did we receive. But they were kind enough to spam me relentlessly with coupons in my email. Even if they were giving it away for free, I would never, ever set foot into that place again.

There are some fairly brutal reviews on here of this Chili’s and I get it. The place is a chain restaurant for starters and it has been here forever at this point and more than likely they have let their collective guard down and have fallen into the sucking that is restaurant mediocrity hell. You know the hell where even though it’s a chain and all things are supposed to be standardized and homogenized to the point of blandness, you never know what you may get from visit to visit. Now I will start off by saying that I had not been to this Chili’s in easily a decade and swore it off years ago due to many of incorrectly cooked burgers and service that used to remind me of the pot smoking idiots at the 49 cent hamburger stand on Hanover Avenue. But seeing as Chili’s recently put out some BOGO entrée coupons for Lunch and Dinner it was time to dip a toe back in the water. When we arrived it was early. As in five after eleven early, but we had to be in and out quick so hence the early start time. At the door one of their servers met us and she clearly was not happy to have customers so early. She walked us over to the bar area and just flipped the menus on a table and kept walking into the kitchen. Great start.(No one here wears name tags so I have no idea who the A-hole was.) Eventually out server«D» came over and got our drink order and mercifully she was one hundred times more pleasant than the little troll that«greeted us» at the door. The drinks came quick and our entrees took about twenty minutes to come to the table. We kept it simple ordering an entrée salad and the Margareta Chicken which was a grilled chicken breast sitting on a mound of rice and beans. Both dishes were decent temperature wise/flavor wise/and presentation wise. Now mind you this ain’t five star cuisine by a long shot but as much as I want to rip them because it’s a chain I honestly can’t. Other than the troll at the door in the beginning and briefly being given the wrong check at the end everything else was just what you would expect at a place like Chili’s. Simple, bland, homogenized food and experience that will neither disappoint you but nor will it wow you.

Used to frequent this location and usually have prompt, courteous service. On Easter, my kids wanted to go there so we did. They were going to sit us at a table but we asked if we could be moved to a booth. Waitress said no problem. The place had maybe four tables with patrons. They kept moving us all over the place and the manager copped an attitude. The waitress was not to blame but the manager kept moving us. My wife finally said ya know what, forget it. If you are too lazy to travel an extra ten feet to a booth then we are leaving. Anybody who has ever been here knows the kitchen opens to the bathroom. This same manager who looks like he is ten picked a good one from his schnoze before leaving the kitchen. Even my 5 yr old asked why did the bathrooms smell so bad.

It’s standard American chain food. We’ll eat there from time to time if we’re up at the mall around meal times and the wait isn’t too long. I like their southwest chicken egg rolls and they have an okay tex-mex offering. I wouldn’t drive out of my way to eat here, but I’ve found the service and the food to be decent for a chain.
