Denny’s

Service was horrible. My husband ordered coffee. It was cold before the cream got to our table. We did have to ask twice. Eggs ordered over easy. Not how they came. Red skinned potatoes in skillet were not red skinned but almost like French fried. May be two slices of onion and 3 pepper slices. Will not be back. Table next to us had their food for a good 5 – 10 minutes before they had silverware and had to send back their French fries because they were ice cold. Never again.

Double cheese burger was supperrr greasy. Mac and cheese was Kraft (from the box)…i cod have made that at home. We did not get the fries we asked for and when we told her again she said she would bring the correct one out and ever did. Brings a to go box out and no bag… not the best experience

I have been to a lot of Denny’s in my travels, and this has got to be the worst one. It is brunch on Sunday and this is attached to an inn; there is no reason for the restaurant not to be prepared. We waited at least a half hour for two Super Birds with fries. Surrounding tables waited even longer for their food. When they finally came out, the sandwiches were sloppily thrown together with hardly any turkey. The manager popped out at one point and a table flagged her down to ask the problem, to which she admitted there was a «back up in the kitchen». As the manager, instead of hiding in the back, she should have been out apologizing profusely to customers for any potential delays as soon as she realized there was a problem, prior to anyone getting upset. Completely unacceptable all around. Do not waste your time.

You know, it’s pretty hard to not be at least an average breakfast serving establishment but this particular Denny’s was HORRIBLE. If I could put that word in bold, italics, underline it, with Arial font I would. First off me and my friends sat down and it took 15 – 20 minutes just for them to take our drink order. The waitress we were supposed to have was complacent and off in la la land so another server stepped in and helped. After another 5 or so minutes of waiting just to get our drinks we place our orders. Which then commenced another 15 – 20 minutes of waiting for the food. When I got the food it looked okay, but when I bit into the toast it was as cold as the Arctic Ocean. Same goes for the home fries and eggs. Not only were the portions small but cooked with poor execution. Even my water tasted like they just dunked a cup in the nearby sewer. Places like this provide a bad name to the dining industry and this establishment needs to be hit with a wrecking ball to make room for a restaurant that can actually provide the proper service to their patrons. And for the cherry on top, as we checked out, the only place in America that forces you to write the tip on the receipt prior to charging your debit card. We were befuddled and perplexed, as this hulking waitress was hovered over us, intensely glaring at my friend hoping he writes a sufficient tip when in reality we were gonna give her diddly squat. She was so close, the panting of her breath was dampening the receipt. I’ve never had a worse experience at a diner in my life.

Our server was nice, and the manager was hot!
And the food was better than it used to be.

Unreal how bad this place is… beyond awful… took forever took get our food… orders were messed up. Ordered soup… no soup in the bowl. Food took 45 minutes to 60 minutes and arrived after others… i got an adult portion order and my k8d got the same thing as a k8ds meal and he got more than me. The food was awful… cold or warm at best.

Had breakfast got the mighty meat lover skillet the bourbon glaze was delicious for older citizens they give 15% discount for AARP members

The food was ok. I had chicken strips and my friend had some giant breakfast nonsense. Complete with the typical grease pockets you would expect. Our waitress was pleasant and accommodating but didn’t worry me and let me eat in peace, like I prefer. The waitress across the room, however, was entirely too chipper and loud for me to handle with a hangover at the early hour of 11am. She had jingle bells tied to her apron and sounded like Rudolph himself every time she walked by. Also something I couldn’t handle. Someone just as loud as she who was seated at one of her tables commenced to commenting on how ‘sad’ and ‘unpleasant’ and ‘not jolly’ my waitress was. As badly as I wanted to come to my waitress’s defense, I just wanted to finish my meal and go the hell home. So I said nothing. Perhaps my waitress was just tired of randos being nosy and asking her about Jolly Saint Nick’s home life and trying to pick up a date at Denny’s. Who could blame her for that? Minus 1 star because no Denny’s deserves 5 stars and minus 1 more because no one should yell and be so excited about delivering a damn pancake.

Not as bad as I thought. The building seems dated and not as «nice» as it could be. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Very helpful and friendly.
The fries were good and the burger was really good. The pricing is a tad high for Denny’s. 9.99 for a burger but it was good

Food was horrible and greasy. Everything looks like came out of a frozen bag. I ask for food the was in the menu and they was out it. Nothing came out good. Bad experience overall

We got seated as soon as we got in. Food was good but the pancakes were cold. Didn’t get our coffee right away, other than that it wasn’t bad.

Service was great, food was horrible. Too much salt on most food, the chicken noodle soup tasted awlful. Stay away.

Easily THE worst restaurant experience I’ve had in my ENTIRE life. Never in a million years would I step foot in this trash hole again. The food was AWFUL and not one person in my party of four had their order correctly served. I would rather eat my own arm then to eat this trash again.

Horrible even for Denny’s. I go to these places for breakfast and every other occasion as a last resort. Usually a Denny’s is decent paced average chain faux diner. This Denny’s is the pits. The service is amazingly slow. I have been here three times and every time I am amazed at how a Denny’s that gets so little business could possibly be so SLOOOOWWW. After waiting 30 minutes in a virtually empty Denny’s for dinner the waitress came out to say oops I didn’t even know they we were missing fish for fish and chips that she supposedly put into the system 30 minutes ago. After ANOTHER 30 minutes of watching people who came in after us get meals my wife and I snapped and walked out. The waitress obviously didn’t even put our order at the top of the list to finish. Lousy service Lousy restaurant

Staff were out of peppers when I ordered zesty nachos. So rather than serve an $ 8 large bowl of nachos featuring more meat, onions, or tomatoes to make up for it they served me a giant plate of plain tortilla chips with only enough product on them to cover about four chips. When confronted with the problem the staff refused to do anything to make it right.
Usually this menu item will be a lot of food, enough to fill anyone up. At this location? I left very hungry and felt cheated. Do yourself a favor, go to the taco bell that just opened down the street instead.

For a Dennys this is one of the best. Fast, clean I was very happy with this place. Very!!!

The absolute worst Denny’s I have been to in my entire life. This place is awful. Nasty food, horrendous service. My entire families food was brought out other than my daughters whose took another 20 minutes to show up after asking repeattingly where it was. It was a kids meal cheese burger. The waiter was an idiot and forgot everything. Never going here again. Please. Do not not go here! You will regret it!!!

My family and I love Dennys. .but we will never come back to this location. .our waiter was very nice. But the food was very greasy, vegetables were under cooked. just a bad experience .will not be returning here again

Well made the mistake of ordering here again. I wanted some buffalo wings since they are usually good. So I ordered them and when the food came out THEN the waitress tells me «they were out of wings so I gave you tenders instead, they are the same thing». Seriously?!? They are NOT the same thing and you could have told me you were out of wings before you cooked something I didn’t ask for.
Last time I’ll go here. It’s worse than one star and they can’t even find people semi intelligent to work here.

Worst service I have ever had, the staff forgets the order despite multiple attempts to politely remind them. Horrible, opt for a better place to eat… Staff was not prepared for a lunch rush
