What a bummer. I sold a bunch of stuff to this place a few years ago and really liked the customer service! I even sent my husband in to buy something site unseen since he works right behind the store! Well unfortunately today I called to see if I could send my husband in one day after work with 2 wool coats I have that are too nice for goodwill. Gees the lady who answered first off would not let me get a word in edge wise, she was drilling me why I was calling from Bethlehem which is about 25 miles away, if she would have let me speak I would have said I wanted husband to bring items in after work, sheesh. She was going on and on how they aren’t even thinking of accepting items till the end of the month… Then when I asked if I could set up an appointment for him to come in she acted like I asked for a pint of blood. The last apt they have is 3:30, well he gets out of work at 3:30, he is literally One parking lot away it’ll take him 3 minutes tops to get there. Gees she was rambling on and on how she does not even know if they will buy my coats and how busy they are and how he can’t be late for the apt! Yikes! I ended up just hanging up because she was going on and on and on! For a consignment store you’d think they’d be alittle nicer to the customer! Sadly I guess I’ll sell the jackets on Craigslist instead of trying to go through that again…

This place is great! Clothes, books, toys, seats, strollers, basically everything you need for baby & toddler. The prices are great — went in looking for a stroller and ended up leaving with a big bag of 6 or 7 toys and only spending $ 50. I will definitely be returning!

I have shopped here several times mostly for outside toys. I got a slide for $ 7! She has clothes, shoes, strollers, car seats, bouncy chairs, jumpers, shoes, small toys, and so much more. I have found a few great things this year like a picnic table that was in very good condition for ½ what it would cost to buy new. Sometimes the prices aren’t that great for the condition. You have to know what you are buying, or look it up on your phone.
The service is great and there is a stamp rewards program. You get a stamp for every $ 10 spent. After 5 stamps you get $ 5 off your next purchase.
Once or twice a year they have a huge outdoor sale. It just happened last weekend. We didn’t see anything we needed but there were a ton of little tikes play sets and houses.
I have never tried to sell anything here so I can’t comment on that. I am sure I will though as my son out grows things.
