Sparkle Cleaners lost my expensive JCrew Blazer! The owners said they needed time to find it, then called me saying they found it. Turns out they gave me a different blazer by Chadwick’s. The female owner insisted it was mine.
I gave it back to her and gave her more time to find my blazer. I went back with my receipt and I would have been a returning customer if they would have reimbursed me. But the owner said it was not the correct receipt and showed a refund. It showed a refund and repurchase so I could get the 20% discount. Now I have filed complaints to BBB and Attorney General. They are dishonest and wanted to give me a $ 50 Chadwick blazer when mine was $ 184! I do not recommend this cleaner!
