First, let me say Alyssa deserves 5+ stars.
My 3 star rating is because of Supercuts policy that you can only make an appointment 1 hour in advance. It’s a stupid policy. This is clearly a policy the us designed for the company, and not the customers. It is inconvenient, and makes it difficult for people with busy schedules.
If it wasn’t for Alyssa’s skill and engaging personality I would go elsewhere.
And how is it that when I try to make an appointment one hour in advance, there are bookings ahead of me for 1 ½ hours?

Couldn’t have been happier with my experience here. I went in at dinnertime on a weekday and didn’t have to wait for even a second. The lovely girl who cut my hair obviously perceived my desire to forgo the conversation. She asked only as many questions as were necessary to give me one of the finest haircuts I have ever received, and charged me a paltry $ 16.96.
